Beaches In Paris

Paris Plage: Paris Plage comprises 2 beaches. One is located on the Seine and the other on the canal, Bassin de la Villette at few kilometers away. One beach attracts a more modern crowd while the other is intended for families. The beach on the Seine-side is famous for sand castle competitions, a petanque field, art gallery and a dance floor. While the one nestled along the Bassin de la Villette is popular for water sports. The activities carried out in the beach on the canal include: rowboats, pedal boats, electric boats, roller tubes and zip lining. Both the beaches are surrounded by lawn chairs to sit back and relax during the summer time. These Paris Plage beaches are more beautiful and fun-filled than the natural beaches.

Deaville: Deauville is the nearest beach to Paris, located at a distance of 2 hours by train. The beach houses gardens, children's play area and a tennis court, making it one of the best family beaches in Paris. As one walks along the boardwalk- Les Planches de Deaville, they can find the beach lockers with the names of popular actors written on them. 

La Plage de L'Isle-Adam: Nestled on the beach of Adam Island, it is another larger beach situated at a distance of 1 hour from Paris. Comprising a mini-golf course, children activity area, restaurants, and much more, this little oasis offers a spectacular view.
