Although the travel agency is primarily pitched for honeymooners, one discussion with Arpit, gave my friend and colleague, Lathika and me, the confidence to book our retirement travel plans to Europe for 16 days. We visited France, Switzerland and Italy. His enthusiasm and encouragement right from the planning stage till the last day of our return was unmatched. Every day was a challenge. However he was available at any point of time to answer our queries and make our trip an enjoyable and memorable adventure.

Shubam and Team, You and your team have been very prompt in making the necessary plans for us to make our first-ever trip to Europe a success. So our trip plan was to start with Paris, then Switzerland and finally Italy Plan was for 12 days, with 3 days in Paris, 4 days in Switzerland and 5 days in Italy. France(Paris): On day one we visited the Eiffel Tower. Day two we went for the big bus hop and hop off of the city of Paris. We saw the Muse de Louvre, where we saw the smiling lady, the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci, the Mona Lisa. On the same day, we went for the romantic Seine River cruise that spans the historic metropolis of Paris. On day three we went to Disneyland which brought back many beautiful memories of our childhood. Eventually, on day four our Paria trip came to an end and we departed for Switzerland. fabulous trip

Our trip to Switzerland and France turned out to be quite smooth and hasslefree as the hotel bookings and tickets to the attractions were already taken care of. No long queues frustrations at the attractions and no fuss with the hotel service. We were always a call away in case of the slightest discomfort. Eiffel tower visit and all swiss excursions like Jungfrau Harder Kulm and Titlis. Hotels were descent as well. Bookings were proper and hassle free. Thanks a lot for all the assistance.

Vishal helped us in carefully crafting our itinerary for our Euro trip (France, Switzerland and Italy) as per our requirements. He was proactive and got everything done well before the trip. Overall experience was smooth right from visa booking assistance to travel assistance , hotel booking, flight booking, tickets to sightseeing, Eurorail tickets. Mr Pradyaman and Team briefed us through all our vouchers which was very helpful to travel. They also upgraded few services at no extra cost. It was a long planned trip to Europe , comprising of 3 main countries (France , Switzerland & Italy) in 12 days. Started off with multiple vendors and their quotes , but finally selected Hub Holiday based on my interaction with Rohit and Prashanth. The rates which were given to me was highly competitive. Thumbs up to it. PROS : ===== 1) First and Foremost , Highly competitive rates. 2) Excellent response time from Prashanth , not only before the start of the trip but also during trip. There was one case where I did not have a connecting train ticket printout with me in Venice Railway station. Got response within 30 sec from Prashant and got the ticket. Hats off to that. 3) Support during changed requirements was nicely handled. After initial plan , I requested changes for inclusion of PISA. It was excellently managed. Thumbs up. 4) Politeness of the persons in Hub Holiday. Every interaction of mine was handled with utmost sincerity. Good job. IMPROVEMENT AREAS (I will not say CONS as these people are new to travel organizing compared to other agents) =================== 1) I think , practical knowledge about the countries are really needed ( not only google / blog study ) for an effective itinerary creation. There were several instances where the station / bus stop is far from hotel , without even us knowing how to reach. Even though we managed with Google Maps and other ways , but for older and not-to-tech-savvy people , it might not be easy. So either detailed guideline or easy transport details should be given during travel voucher sending ( this i even asked , but did not get ) 2) Best transport options suggestion really would help a first time traveler. For example , in both Paris and Rome Hop-On Hop Off buses are waste of money. Much better option is to get Metro Tickets in bulk and use them for transportation. They are much cheap as well as very fast , so saving both money and time. These suggestions should be given and recommended. 3) Louvre / Vatican City etc. museums are always recommended to be visited with guides , or else it will just be some idols / arts without knowing what exactly are they. I felt , if we were told these things before hand explicitly , maybe we would have got better deal. Actually in Vatican , I had to book on-spot-guides , which is much more costly compared to prebooking of guides from Vatican itself. 4) VISA Planning : This was really scary for us. Even though i enquired with Rohit and asked him about VISA , his initial suggestion was 1 to 1.5 month was more than enough for Shenzhen VISA. But later we came to know , for some countries like Italy , it is always better to apply 3 months in advance as they take long time to issue VISA . For us , we received our VISA just 5 days before our travel, which was really scary. We even asked Prashant not to book any other vouchers like Eiffel Tower and other things. This resulted in , in last moment , we did not get online slots to book ticket at all and finally after reaching Paris , I had to book it separately. So these things needs to be handled in better way by guiding the first time travelers. Overall the trip went well and we were able to visit all the places as PLANNED. This was our first trip post wedding, so it had to be special. We visited France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. We loved most of the places we visited, and hub holiday ensured that we dint face any hassles. Thanks to prashant and his lightning fast response time, we had a safe and wonderful journey Mt.Titlis and Mt.Jungfraujoch were the highlights. We thoroughly enjoyed pisa, colloseum, eifel tower. Overall it was a memory of a lifetime and thanks to prashant from hub holiday for guiding us thoughout.

I really liked hop in hop off bus in France and Italy, it was a great way to visit major tourist places in less time in a cost effective manner. Swiss pass in Switzerland was also great I could travel anywhere in Switzerland via it. Tip for first time travelers - make sure you know all information in detail, less vegetarian options are there specially in Switzerland so you can buy fruits, chips, etc from there or bring from India, be well before time on famous monuments, make sure to take care of your stuff to avoid any issues on the trip.
