We went on a 8 day tour including Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar in the last week of March. The tour agent from 1 Point 5 Billion Inches, Ms. Ansh Mehta did a fantastic work on crafting it for us and she is very supportive and polite all the time. She was available anytime we had a query. Next, the driver Mr. Azad bhai, no words are enough to praise him. We felt as if he is our brother, he was professional and very skilled driver. Can recommend him to anybody without a second thought. The hotels given were nice, especially manali and dharamshala ones. Amritsar hotel was not good, but the agent spoke to hotel and tried her best to get the better rooms. Overall, it was a great experience. Hotel Lotus Inn, people there and the food was so yummy Sissu was heavenly Great experience at wagha border

Stay provided in Munnar, Thekkady and Houseboat was very nice. Food was awesome in all three places. Thanks to Kiran who helped us throughout the journey.. Our trip driver Mr. Shibu was good. The only issue I faced was at the Hotel when I arrived at Thiruvananthapuram, because I was not told about the check in time of the Hotel, because of which I had to pay an extra amount of 1k for early check in, Travel Agent did help me in this. All the flight bookings were done in this regard only that we shall be getting an instant check in. Alleppey Boat house was also not up to mark it felt very ordinary for the price we paid, it could have been better in same price.Other than this it went smooth for us, our cab driver was very nice and professional. #You can also add some local food cuisine itinerary in the packages. Alleppey Boat house stay.

Breakfast was not as per statement made by your travel agent. It should have an open breakfast buffet but the provided breakfast was very very poor which was served a poor veg restaurant. Lately breakfast charges were deducted from my final hotel payment. Driver was soft spoken and a nice person.

Everything was well and good arranged by Neha side ......only problem I faced is by bus boarding and dropping for delhi to manali and manali to delhi about time scheduled and mostly pal travel bus sevice from manali to delhi totaly bad bus was not good no cleanliness was there seats were not comfortable and stopping bus every after to pick the passenger which make us disturb whole night Neha support service was good Nice hotel location Hotel food is perfect Hotel staff were also good
