I had booked a trip to Guwahati and Shillong via Travel Triangle. I was guided by Mr. Prabhat Singh. The trip was meticulously planned and all arrangements for stay and travel were made by him. Hotel Aashiana was good due its proximity to airport in Guwahati. Breakfast was awsome. Hotel Rituraj in Guwahati was just about average, but since our stay was for only one night, it was ok. Breakfast was also average. I would like to give full marks to Mr. Rahul, our driver who was very nice and good at his job. Thank you Mr,Prabhat and Mr.Rahul for giving us good memories of our trip.

Excellent service. The planning of the tour by the travel agent was marvelous. Thank you for covering everything in the tour. Beautifully arranged itinerary. Cabs and drivers were excellent too. Cabs were so clean and drivers were so nice and friendly. Service of the Hotel in Gangtok was very nice. Hotels were all beautifully located. We loved everything about the trip. It was sooo memorable. Thank You Travel Triangle for making this happen. Everything ... Everything was exceptional. Especially transfers from Gangtok to Lachen... lachen to Gurudongmar Lake... Return to Lachung then from Lachung to yumthang valley.... And return to Gangtok Transfer to Darjeeling was also very beautiful.

Nikunj's 8 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Had a memorable trip of Sikkim (Gangtok, Pelling, Lachen, Lachung). Mr. Prashant Singh organized the trip nicely. On the day of arrival, we reached Siliguri quite late than ETA so it was not possible to reach Gangtok. But, Mr Prashant managed to provide temporary hotel in Siliguri instead. That was good. Lachen and Lachung trips were excellent, driver was also very nice. Gangtok trip was also very good. Had some up-downs for Peilling trip, as hotel voucher was not working and had to switch hotel for 2nd day. Driver was not paying for parking despite inclusion of parking fees. Though it was refunded later by travel agent. One point of improvement would be, they out source the traveling and sometimes drivers are on 3rd or 4th sub-contract so, issues like timing, parking fees etc. arises, if this could be taken care then it would be good. All hotels were good overall. The trip was great. Lachen, Lachung

Saket's 5 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

We had in total of 2 hotels and 1 camping night First hotel in gangtok hotel kaso was decent and food was also ok I will give 3 stars For peeling hotel hotel Haruka it was bad It was as if the whole hotel was under repairs I will give negative star if I can We spent our night at some where else as the hotel owner was very nice and co operative and understood our requirement and he arranged for night stay at a different hotel which was good For our last night We has a camp night stay at Dara camp That was most horrific experience We had received pictures of camp which was entirely different than wht we saw at site even camps where not there and no proper rest room I had to fight with our travel agent and we decided to not to stay there as it was not safe and travelled back to silliguri and though our travel agent made us fresh hotel reservation there which was nice and good But still when they send pictures of place atleqst it should be similar but Darap was very bad I would not suggest this for family traveller's with kids Gantok was nice Peeling paragliding was nice And our driver was very good and knowlegable

Travel agent was very nice and courteous. They were also available whenever needed. However, they were not as well coordinated as my earlier experiences with TravelTriangle. In every trip, driver was like the second tour guide. Driver and the travel agent would be in perfect sync WRT itinerary, hotels experience etc. In this trip, the driver had not met the agent even once. The same was true with hotels booked. They did not even recognize the travel agency name. As a side effect, we had several confusions including our pickup times, right places to visit on right days etc. I personally had to do sufficient research while on the trip to readjust plans, schedules etc. Another example is the last place we stayed in Tawang. While people were really nice and helpful. Agent did not seem to know that there were road closures and road repairs to reach this place from a month. We reaching there at night and struggling by ourselves to find this place was exhausting to say the least. I also expected better tour plan suggestions from the agent and alternatives. Looks like many things were taken for granted. Arunachal pradesh as a place is a beauty! Loved every place we visited. Struggled a bit with clean food options during road travels, especially we being vegetarian, but that was ignorable. Despite all this, it was a memorable trip and I will use TravelTriangle again, but will have to be more careful about agent's experience and involvement. River Boating in Bhalukpong, Snow in Sela Pass and the beautiful but ferocious Jung falls
