Recently we booked Vietnam - Phu Quoc Trip through Asia Luxury Travels and Ms. Joanna was the POC for the travel guidance and end to end planning and execution and she has done really great job in our trip planning, answering our impromptu questions at any time of the day and also arranged all the t
hings as per the plan.
Only drawback which I faced in the entire trip was, we need to fill the VDAC when we enter Vietnam and this was not communicated to us earlier and due to which I need to wait in the long queue for clarifications with the Airport team and fill the form and get through the immigration, else all other things really went well.
Also another improvement area which i need to give to travel agency is, please provide the tickets / cakes (in our case, my son's birthday Cake) on-time without we following up with the agency.
Thanks again to Asia Luxury travels for arranging such a nice trip for our entire family.

I gave 4 stars because My cancelation refund is still pending even after 15 days of waiting.
The agent is not responding neither they called me about the same.
That's disappointing. My calls are unanswered.

Triptovana has done nice arrangements with cab facility.One of the hotel was not good and also it's not in quotation given.
Best memories was cave exploration and boating in Dawki river.

The tour was well planned and nicely supported by the Agent from India. Timely information was shared to make things easy for us, the travellers. Good tips were given prior to the start of the tour and even during the tour timely information was shared.
One small suggestion that needs to be include
d, if one is travelling by train during the trip, is that there are a number of train stations which do not have lifts and carrying luggage from one floor to another is a hugely difficult task which a traveller needs to be warned about before departure.
Amsterdam and Switzerland were amazingly beautiful and takes one's breath away with its natural and man made beauty.
