It was third time that we were dealing with Travel Triangle. With very good response and prope & in time help , we could enjoy all three international tours. 6 to 14 April 2024 - 2 Nights Amsterdam and 6 Nights Swiss Customized tour - Thanks to Travel Triangle, especially Mr Maulik sir for untiring help and quick response. He was all the time ready to guide when needed. Flight, hotel and Swiss travel pass booking and Visa help were properly done. Suggestion - 1. As one plans customized and travels for first time, travel agent can suggest changes with his/ her experience about that particular place. Ground level facts may be different. 2. In Amsterdam though Tulip Experience was included in plan, it was not shown ( which we really needed) Please see that travel agency there do what is planned. 1. Trail walk in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunn. 2. Cruise trip in Lucerne with accidental ( unplanned) visit to Mt Riggi. Enjoyed Mt train.

The hotel in Paris and Rome were pretty bad. Paris : Room size was so small that movement around bed hit the leg. Rome: the hotel was not habitable , there were mosquitoes in the reception area and in the room balcony. Switzerland: Interlaken hotel upgrade was best Luzern and Zurich , hotels were decent. Switzerland, Luzern: was the best memorable place

We have booked through Mtp vacations pvt ltd since it is listed in travel triangle .We had a very bad experience.They have given us hotels which were different from the vouchers downloaded.Everyday we have to wait for the booking of tickets for internal travel .Till last moment they were not giving tickets.We have to go on reminding them.Trains from Paris to Zurich and Rome . When we have paid money in advance why should they not give tickets in advance.I don't understand.Every day we have to beg them to give next day's tickets. Last minute they have changed the hotel in Rome We were in a confusion.When we called they were not responding.We really had a tough time.The hotel which they have changed in the last minute in Rome was a Christian church sort of thing.It is rather a hostel. Despite booking well in advance, we didn't receive them until the day our journey commenced. Additionally, one of the hotels booked for us did not meet our expectations. Instead of the double bed accommodation we had requested, we were provided with a twin bed room, which was disappointing. However, amidst these challenges, the standout was the exceptional support we received from Yeeshu during a moment of crisis. Unfortunately, we lost our passports during the trip, but Yeeshu went above and beyond to assist us throughout the journey, ensuring we could complete our trip without further complications. Despite the setbacks, we acknowledge that the overall planning was commendable. The itinerary crafted by TravelTriangle allowed us to experience the essence of both destinations, and their customer service, particularly Yeeshu's assistance, was invaluable during our time of need. It was a really an awesome experience and very smooth everywhere. Everything went very well as planned and mentioned in itinerary. Not but not the least , TRAVEL TRIANGLE - My initial impression was bit mixed feeling to proceed with Travel Triangle for the trip (because I didnt approach through any referral, I just got it from Google with some positive reviews). But getting in touch through calls and and drafting my honeymoon plan with my travel agent Vishal my perspective is entire changed and fully satisfied.
