Universal Studios was a big hit with the kids, and places like the zoo, Night Safari, and Gardens by the Bay were equally impressive. Sentosa Island is perfect for a full day of fun and relaxation. Food was never an issue—there are endless options, including Indian restaurants and vegetarian choices. Hawker centres are great for trying different cuisines at reasonable prices. The only downside is that Singapore can be quite expensive, especially when it comes to hotels and attraction tickets. Also, the weather is hot and humid, so be prepared for that, especially if traveling with children. Overall, Singapore is a fantastic destination for families—safe, entertaining, and very easy to explore. Highly recommended, especially for a first international trip with kids.we will revisit in future with them

small and it was difficult to manage with kids. The 2nd day city tour and night safari was fine but the driver could have been more communicative in providing details of the places visited. There was a Chinese temple where he dropped us for 10min to roam around and when I asked the name of the temple he asked me to go and check it where everything was in Chinese. I had to google to find the name. 3rd day pick up was delayed by around 90min which affected the duration of the Sentosa visit. After waiting for nearly an hour in the heat outside hotel we had to get inside to the reception and as soon as the vehicle reached the location I get a message stating that we will move the vehicle as it’s already late as if it’s our mistake not allowing us the needed time to walk outside. this happened couple of times which needs change to maintain a good experience and I acknowledge that the visitors should be on time to avoid inconvenience to others where as here it was vice versa. The rest of the visits were good. Well coordinated. Tickets were shared on time and the team also helped in locating the pick up location after one of our activities. Overall good experience. Just few things to look into and take care going forward. Thank you.

e last day, we had specifically paid extra for a private tour, and the same was confirmed by the travel agent. However, instead of the private tour, we were clubbed into a group tour without any prior intimation. This was particularly frustrating because we had paid additional money specifically to avoid a group tour. When we raised this concern, we were told that we should rely on the itinerary instead of the WhatsApp chat, which did not make sense since the private tour had clearly been confirmed by the agent. The day-wise planning was also not optimized. For example, on the Sentosa day, we completed the Sentosa Cable Car around 1:00 PM, while the Wings of Time show was scheduled only at 7:30 PM. This left a gap of almost 6–7 hours with no guidance or planned activities. Singapore was extremely hot during that time, and exploring outdoor beach areas did not make sense. We were left to figure things out on our own in an unfamiliar place. Eventually, we had to spend extra money to visit the Oceanarium just to utilize the time and manage the long gap. Proper planning and guidance could have avoided this inconvenience. Similarly, on another day, the itinerary included Museum of Ice Cream, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. We completed the Museum of Ice Cream in about 1 hour–1 hour 15 minutes. When we checked with the driver, we were told we had to wait for nearly an hour as pickups were scheduled. This resulted in us waiting in the hot sun without any proper arrangement. When we contacted the Abroad Vacations agent, the response was that they had already paid for the transport and we could not take a Grab. This was not helpful, and we were left with no option but to wait. After reaching Marina Bay Sands, we later realized that there were timings for Gardens by the Bay, which were not properly communicated in advance. Because of this delay and lack of coordination, we had very limited time to explore the Flower Dome, and we had to rush quickly to the Garden Rhapsody show. The entire day felt rushed, and we could not explore the attractions comfortably or to our satisfaction. Additionally, there were multiple instances where only driver timings were shared, without proper guidance on meeting points, buffer time, directions, or how long each activity would realistically take. The expectation seemed to be that we should manage everything ourselves in an unfamiliar city, which was stressful. The main reason for booking through a travel agent is to have a seamless experience, proper planning, and guided transportation throughout the trip. However, in our case, we were mostly left with just tickets and driver timings, and we had to figure out the rest ourselves. If we had to plan everything independently, it would have made more sense for us to book the tickets directly. The lack of guidance and coordination defeated the purpose of booking through an agent. Overall, the trip lacked coordination, proactive communication, and proper planning. We expected a smooth and well-organized experience, especially after paying extra for certain services. We hope Travel Triangle and Abroad Vacations improve their coordination, honor confirmed bookings, provide realistic day planning, and ensure clear communication so future travelers do not face similar issues.

The time given for roaming around in Sentosa Island was very short (only half day) , the first half of the day was unutilised, so the island cannot be completed in the given time. Also, we have paid for Wings of time and Marina bay skypark but due to some reasons from their side, both were closed. Still I haven't got the refund for both.

t was not arranged. Also Parc Sovereign Albert Street didn't have complete details of my booking for which i had to talk to travel agent and send me booking confirmation with hotel. At one point Cab driver also caused us issue, he left us at hotel and went for city tour with other guest. Moreover he didn't inform us that he is leaving us, we kept on waiting for 45 min when i contacted local representative for what's the issue. Sentosa and Cruise have been memorable time. Do not ask for city tour, its waste. Nothing is covered by travel agents in city tour excpet for Merlion. Rather plan your city tour by yourself and cover Gardens by the Bay, Orchid Garden, National Museum, Merlion, Bugis Street, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Singapore Flyer. In name of city tour they take only to Singapore Flyer, Merlion & Chinatown.

This will avoid waiting in queues that is the case with standard pass, which agent provided. All this should be sorted out before the trip begins. Agent needs to inform us about such delays before starting the trip. Sentosa island, Universal studios, Jurong bird sanctuary, Gardens by the bay.

Sentosa what rides are included and what shows are included....u get into the island only to head out for shows..will not work out..include some credits of Sentosa so u can use them against the rides... Same thing with genting highlands they just give you entry and exit the traveller has to spend a lot inside other agents include tickets for two or three attractions make sure you ask for it Again KL observation tower ask for sky box or sky deck.... observation tower is waste which the agent gave us... Ibis Malaysia was better than ibis Singapore and pls stay near little India or bencollen in Singapore Some positives theirs timings,drivers,vehicles are excellent

travels in Singapore named "Red Apple" travels who were responsible for pickup and drop were worst. Once they left the venue without counting how many people were there in the van, which left 2-3 couples stranded at the place. The drivers were rude and unapologetic. Every day the driver was changed and the name and number of the driver wasn't shared which led to a lot of miscommunication. They changed the timings on their own will. In Singapore every place you visit is memorable since it's such a beautiful country. The Lion city as they call it, has wonderful people and visiting this place was an amazing experience. Merlion park , Universal Studio, Sentosa island, Garden By the Bay etc are some of the best places to visit.
