I have been told everything is covered in package on 4th day also but after going there agent is saying only airport drop is covered and everything else is chargeable. I tried speaking to agent (Firdaus) to clarify this by calling multiple times entire day but received no response. Finally she told me over the phone on 4th day that i need to pay extra charges for 4th day which came as surprise for me.
