Speqta's 6 days trip to Gujarat

I have booked first time through Travel triangle. I was good experience however pre trip i have to co-ordinate with the travel agent Inland Tourway several times. Mr. Vikas was the co-ordinator for trip booking he suggested me good trip plan howeven if i need some changes in the trip then we have to take followup from him again and again and most of the time he does not response quickly may be he call after one to two days also some times he does not response on whatsapp also . Still after completing my trip he has not received my call also no reply on whatsapp for GST invoice. In short i would like to say that even if you are good but you should be quick responsive at least . Also At least call to your customer during trip at least once so that customer feel that you are good in your work and also care your customer. I also did not received any call during the trip so it feels like we were solely dependent on the cab driver for all good and bad.

Supreeti's 4 days trip to Gujarat

The hotels were good. We were disappointed with breakfast at Dwarka hotel. Also we had to walk long to visit Dwarkadhish temple which was not comfortable at all. As the cab dropped us 1km away from twmple though 4 wheelers were going till bottom of temple. Somnath and Gir were good. The overall travel became hectic due to multiple visiting points which was not needed. Porbandar was very dirty and it could have been avoided in itenary. Gir stay, food and safari.

Best Food To Eat In Gujarat

1. Khandvi

Khandvi is a traditional gram flour made using yoghurt, ginger, and green chillies to create a smooth batter, which is slow-cooked on low heat and then cooled on a surface before being formed into pinwheels. Afterwards, it is seasoned with mustard and sesame seeds for a healthy, simple evening snack or starter for Indian meals. Also known as Patuli, if you are planning a trip to Gujarat it is recommended that you try this on streetside carts or in a sweet shop for the ultimate taste of this savoury delicacy.

2. Khaman

Khaman is the sister alternative of besan Dhokla which is one of the most popular Gujarati snacks. It is a thick, fermented gram flour batter steamed until it resembles a soft fluffy cushion. When it is cooled, it is cut into squares and seasoned with mustard seeds and garnished with fresh coriander and coconut scrapings. It is slightly lighter in colour and made with chickpeas only, bringing out an entirely different flavour than the classic Dhokla.

3. Gujarati Thali

When eaten as a meal, a Gujarati thali typically includes one or two steamed or fried farsans, traditionally gourd shaak, a kathol, sweet shrikhand, rice, or khichadi, daal usually toor dal, as well as halwas, basundi, or shrikhand. Note that this is only a variation and there are countless other dishes that you may find included in the thali depending on the restaurant and the person's preparation. Different cities and regions will also have their own versions of the Gujarati thali.
