    Trip was good but very poorly managed by Travel agent. He changed the described cottage stay at last moment to a lower one - increasing his overall profits. Driver was not finalized till 10:00 pm one day before. Provided hotel vouchers after repeated follow ups. During the entire booking process he was trying to extract more and more money. Speaks too much but delivery is not up the mark. Friendly cottage staff
