Vatsal's 3 days trip to RishikeshHotel Doon Castle at Dehradun was pathetic. Driver for Delhi pick up drop were both 3rd class.
Piyush's 2 days trip to RishikeshEverything was great starting from stay at laxmi palace and rafting. But once we reached at the second heaven Adventure it didn't went that well. As lunch was delivered around 4, dinner at 11 and breakfast was not even prepared when we left around 9.15am. there were shortage of blankets camp fire was a failure .
Sagar's 3 days trip to RishikeshBooked for the first time from travel triangle and must say the travel agents are really good. Received a good amount of quotations to choose from and opted for Trip Sailer. It was a nice experience as even after changing my plans for multiple time they were always ready to assist me. Hotels were good and the cab service was sharp on time. Location of hotels were extremely awesome. Constant followup and updates from "Ms/Mrs Prabha" of trip sailer is commendable. Campaign and rafting in Rishikesh.
Roshni's 2 days trip to RishikeshGood job Travel Ride! Excellent follow up by the whole team. Nice arrangements made. Thanks for a wonderful plan. Kanatal camp and Rishikesh river rafting
Juhi's 4 days trip to RishikeshThe trip was good as the destinations were good. However it was not efficiently planned, could have been much better. First day itinerary was improper. Hotel and food was below par as per the budget. Also didn't like the fact that although we were just two people we were sent for camping where there was no other customer at all. Overall spends must have been much lower than how much we incurred. River rafting in Ganges.
Rashmi's 6 days trip to RishikeshTrip was wonderful. All arrangements were made fantastic. Specially the hotels. Thanks Nidhi and Vihaan holidays for such efforts.;) Rih
Radha's 5 days trip to RishikeshThe entire trip in planning stage looked good but after a change in agents due to their personal reasons everything went downhill. Pros: -The camps booked were extremely good and located in good places it would have been even better if they could have factored the distance and travel that would have been required in the planning stage as well. -Supportive and polite driver -Didn't have to worry about any road tax or anything concerning the travel from Delhi to Rishikesh and then to Dhanaulti and back. Cons: -Agent who took over did not know in detail what our itinerary entailed -Provided wrong addresses on the service vouchers for the places of stay -Was unreachable through out most of our trip -Promised a lot and did not provide the same in writing in voucher or chat box and on trip pulled back from the same -Was told that the itinerary listed the complimentary services of the camps but paid for the same in the second camp. -More a pull relationship from the traveler than a push from the agents. Not proactive Final verdict - Will not refer Fly wings for sure. Travel Triangle agent could have also paid a more active role instead of reaching out only when there was a payment to be made. Now the Travel Triangle agent is going through the paperwork and telling me why the itinerary will not be considered as promises from the vendor. Suggest Travel Triangle take up ownership on these cases to ensure your travelers understand the complete paperwork and what is it they are paying and not paying for. I might refer Travel Triangle though since for a previous trip that I did not do through Travel Triangle, the agent assigned to me for that trip was proactive and extremely involved in each stage of planning. Thank you Mohd Tanweer.
