Banglore To Himachal By Air

For those travelling by air from Bangalore to Himachal, there are no direct flights and you will have to travel till Chandigarh. From Chandigarh you can travel by bus or private taxi till Shimla. This whole journey by flight takes one about 9 hours.

Banglore To Himachal By Rail

The journey by train from Bangalore to Himachal is quite a long and tiring one as there are no direct trains between these two destinations. You will have travel by the Duronto Express from Bangalore to Delhi and then take an Hrtc bus from Delhi to Shimla. This entire journey should take you about 44 hours.

Banglore To Himachal By Road

By road, the journey is less tiring than travelling by train and you can take in the scenic views all around. There is no direct bus from Bangalore to Himachal and you can first take a flight from Bangalore to Delhi. Next take a State Transport Bus from Delhi to Shimla. This entire journey will take you about 15 hours in total.

Hotel booked in Dalhousie was an excellent hotel. Highly satisfied with the choice of hotel for Dalhousie. Unfortunately graph went down in Dharmashala and hotel of Amritsar was not at all good property. The property in Amritsar doesn't even have a door. There are just windows through which you get

in. Not recommended at all. Dalhousie. khajar and Driver that you had arranged. Those were best parts of the trip. Driver became our family member ! He is one of the best drivers I have ever came across including the one I use daily for my office trips. God bless him !

as awesome, we ( myself, my husband and our son) enjoyed a lot, We visited Amritsar, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. Visited the much awaited Golden temple and Wagha Border parade. Enjoyed the mesmerizing scenic beauty of nature , including the life-time experience of paragliding. The hotel room in Amritsar was congested and lacked in proper ventilation, though the staffs were very amicable. They served 3 bottles of free mineral water to us while we checked out, The hotels in Dharamshala and Dalhousie were very nice , with picturesque beauty and amicable stuffs. All thanks to our trip guide Sunakshi Sharma from Travel Triangle and our travel agent Ms Urmila. Our Driver Mr. Kanhaiya was cooperative and guided us throughout the trip. Our car was having some problem with the AC. When this problem was reported to Ms Urmila, she took this matter seriously and replaced the car at Dharamshala, which is much appreciated. We had a trip plan for Dharamsala- Dalbousie-Amritsar. The stay was good in Dharamsala & Dalhousie but in Amritsar the hotel was horrible. The restaurant there was not clean and unhygienic. Water was dripping from AC. Rooms were not cleaned. In Dharamsala the restaurant was too good with excellent s

ervice. Cab & driver was polite and good in behaviour. Travel agent had supported but good to much better. Some where there was a gap in communication. Overall the trip was good. The travel in Dalhousie & Dharamsala.
