The chilling weather starts from mid-September and lasts until February. The snowfall and the cold temperatures make winter an ideal season for honeymoon couples to visit Kullu. The best part about winter in Kullu is that it is probably an ideal place in the country to sit by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the snowfall.
