Good arrangements done by Priyanki from Travel Unbounded. Munnar Hotel was 16km far off from city, which was a pain to travel in night. No eateries were around other than its own restaurant. Houseboat and its services were good. I had some issues on last day with cab arrangements due to route change

He knew where he was taking us what roads he should pick to deliver us the sightseeing we wanted, he even acted as a local scout for us as we are from North India. He is such a good person that I will try to be in touch with him even after this trip. Munnar was the first destination for us at Kerala. This place has never ending beauty as such that My words aren’t enough to explain. Road side houses are very beautiful. Roads are very nice and smooth. Kathakali dance, wow I would never forget those expressions from the dancers and Kalari too. Backwaters Allepuzha nice to feel the house floating on water. Beaches on Kovallam and the sunset. It’s a must do tour. Planing to visit here in last weeks of June to first of July did the trick for me I guess as this place is known for its greenery and the best time to see greenery is after the first Monsoon shower right. Clouds covering mountains is also a sight to see. At the end of the tour I was really feeling down as I had to head back and I was just into the place. I can feel I am taking Kerala in my good memories. People say food here is bad and cooked in coconut oil. It’s not true to the core but yeah Punjabi food is a bit different from north but it’s good in taste. I would rate the taste to 3 out of 5. Place is safe for couple and people are cooperating. I found very easy the way she gave me all information for booking my flight & destination details. It’s very friendly and easy to use. However, I have few concerns wit

h the Driver who accommodated for entire trip. The driver didn’t gave much information on which place we are going based on the itinerary. Day 1: Cochin to Munnar was smooth journey. Day2: Munnar day trip – Driver didn’t take us to Ernakulam National Park as he suggested it would be too crowded, Kundale Lake he conveyed to us that we cannot go there in his car, and we need to take local Jeep service who charged very high . Day3: Munnar-Thekkady-We missed Spice plantation visit. Day4: Thekkady-Alleppey- Driver didn’t gave any information on local places except Houseboat. Day5: Alleppey to Kovalam The stay provided in kovalam is not upto the mark it looks like a very old building and they didnt even provided a kettle in the room. They only provided basic things line towels and some sanitary things. The driver didn’t have any information on local places and when we asked him to take us to a local restaurant for dinner, he refused it as its post 7PM. Day6: Trip to Kanyakumari This day is what we planned personally so he just dropped us at Kanyakumari temple and picked after we finished dharshanam. Day7: Trivandrum City tour The driver dropped us at temple for dharshanam and after dharshanm he suggested us to visit Zoo and dropped us there and picked us around 3.30Pm and we have asked him to suggested some other places to visit locally but he is not ready to take us anywhere and he insisted us to reach airport after the zoo visit as he has some other booking by 4.30 and he dropped us airport by 4PM as it’s a week trip we have heavy luggage we didn’t have any option to go anywhere locally. Overall, the Driver is not so communicative about the places and most importantly he is not communicating in English . Car seat doesn't support any pushback and it's not very comfortable for the people who sits in front seat and driver will not increase the ac even if it's too hot. The resort provided in Alleppey is highlite of the trip and Tekkedey elephant ride, kathakali and Kalari shows are must visit. House boat is good experience . Munnar rides are awesome the rose garden we visited in munnar gave a Beautiful eye feast though its a hot summer .

ices were not as much cooperative as expected. I would suggest to include most imp tourist spots of bangkok/pattaya in basic package itself. Like we had a bangkok city tour in our package but reclining budha/watarun temple was not part of it. Better to have it included in basic packages which would improve customer satisfaction. But overall it was a good and hustle free experience.
