We booked our tour through Taking a Break Holidays, and overall, the agency did a great job. Ramiz was incredibly helpful with planning our itinerary and was very accommodating when we asked to switch some of our hotels. The other hotels they booked for us were exactly what we asked for. However, we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience planning my 10-day Bali trip with Krishna Kumar Yadav. From start to finish, everything was arranged beautifully and with great attention to detail. Throughout the trip, Krishna Kumar Yadav was in constant coordination and always available whenever I reached out, even in the middle of the journey. Although we didn’t face any issues at all, it was reassuring to know that full support was just a call away. I had connected with multiple travel agents while planning this trip, and I’ve even visited Bali before but this experience was on another level. The trip was simply amazing, excellent, and beyond expectations words honestly fall short. One of the best parts is that this wasn’t a “pay and forget” kind of service. The support and dedication continued throughout the trip, which is rare to find. I’ve personally saved his contact and will definitely reach out again for future travel plans. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience! Wonderful trip

Taking Break Holidays made our vacation memorable... And to prove that I could only upload only a few pictures and no videos because of Google restrictions.... It was a great experience and it was perfectly planned by Taking Break Holidays and specially RAMIZ ji in India and JIMMY ji in Thailand were like virtual chaperones ever ready and available for any kind of help or last minute hiccup (caused by us) and still kept smiling.... 1.The Banana Boat activity should not be offered, as it appears to be risky. During our ride, the boat overturned and three customers, including us, were thrown underneath the boat, which could have resulted in serious injury. 2.The last night’s accommodation should ideally be arranged closer to the airport. Staying far from the airport on the final night can create unnecessary travel stress and inconvenience for guests before departure. Parasailing
