rooms in Bakungsari in Kuta was not our type of stays. Dim lighting was a turn off. Felt that the staff was bit biased towards Indian tourists. But overall a decent and seamless trip. Will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again.

t/queries/clarifications that we encountered during our trip. Singapore trip was very well organised with comfortable hotel stay & pvt cab rides to the destinations. Even in Bali our cab driver who was with us for all 4 days was kind, well behaved and was supportive enough to cater our needs be it last minute change in the plans, finding a good Indian restaurant, helping to negotiate with the shop keepers while buying the things. The only disappointing part was our 3rd hotel - Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud. We got a sub standard room and also the experience was not so great with rooms stinking, leaking bathrooms. They were not kind enough to respond to our problems. Also, One of the main issue was hotel having problems with card machine, we had to go find an ATM at the late night and get the hard cash to settle their bills. This hotel can be avoided going forward by Tour hunters.
