Ajithbl's 9 days trip to FlorenceWith regards to experience in vatican,i felt they could have booked a vendor who is more flexible for the guided tour as this vendor "Overrome" was not willing to respond soon to mails and also not willing to refund my money for the tour..I accept its my mistake of being late there by few minutes, but wheni checked there ,every vendor was willing to refund the money barring 8 euros..But this vendor was too stubborn...This was one bitter experience where i felt they were harsh to customers..Also "pickmytrails" werent even concerned about what i was doing next ..I expected them to show some bit of concern, but they werent bothered and not intrested to know what i had been going through..I expected "overome" vendor to refund atleast a bit of money back to my account (even though im not expecting to refund the full amount) as i had to spend some on another vendor close to 100 euros all over again..
