Trip to KarnatakaThe hotel room in Coorg was not upto mark. The agent did not describe the room category before hand and we had to adjust to the room type given. In Mysore, also we had to pay extra to upgrade to the room category. It is also good to be transparent with the room types so that the guest can decide accordingly.
