The hotels/ Resort were top class with the staff being cooperative and guest friendly . Driver Wasim deserves special mention for his exceptional guidance for locating the best shops catering to tourist requirements . Driving skills were very good. On the first lap of journey , Bangalore to Mysuru

, an Etios was provided , which was more roomy and had adequate leg space , on the remaining leg of the tour , a Desire was provided. This car was not in very good condition , with the flaps behind the seat , being torn. It was observed that Driver had to to sleep in the car at night , no accomodation is provided for him. This policy may be reviewed Ooty coffee plantations . Tea factory.

Too much miss communication between driver and traveltriange. He didn't know that we are traveling with pet. The travel agent had charged for 500 extra as we requested pickup 2 hours before pickup time and driver requested for car cleaning from us which got sorted out later. This system put driver i

nto issue, he was continuously asking the due amount from us because he had not got full payment and for this we had to connect with travel agent and driver supervisor to clear many things which we were not supposed to. Resort experience was really good but the miscommunication between driver and travel agent had made the experience somewhat bad.
