The chauffeur, Umesh ( from Lee Vacations) was very knowledgeable about the site seeing places of our tour which helped us in saving the time and cover more places in a given day. We had a nice interaction with Umesh during our journey as he knows our local language also. Our stay in Ooty , The Byke Sunshine grand was very nice and kids enjoyed a lot.
