We recently completed our trip and overall it was a good experience. The hotels arranged were comfortable and well maintained. The cab driver was polite and drove safely throughout the trip. However, we faced some challenges due to language barriers. Since we are from South India and the driver spoke only Hindi, communication was sometimes difficult. Additionally, apart from the package inclusions, we did not receive much support from the vendor or driver for local arrangements. For activities like booking union taxis and other plans outside the package, we had to manage on our own. Because of this, we struggled with bargaining and ended up paying higher charges. We feel the package vendor could improve their service by assisting customers with local coordination and guidance beyond just hotel and cab arrangements. Overall, the trip was good, but better support and communication would have made the experience much smoother and more comfortable.

Our trip to Kashmir was exceptionally well organized and completely hassle-free. The hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent hospitality. The food throughout our stay was delicious and satisfying. A special mention to our driver, Amir, who was extremely helpful and supportive, ensuring smooth travel at every step. Rida, our travel agent, did a wonderful job from the booking and planning stage until the final drop-off—she consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect and supported us throughout the journey. I had a plan to visit kashmir with family elderly parents and with small kids but not sure on the places, that's where I got to know about Breezy Travels from travel triangle. I must say it turned out to be one of my best travel decisions. I booked a trip from Bangalore to Srinagar and nearby destinations like Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam and local Srinagar sightseeing. The trip was planned by Mehak, and she did a wonderful job. She helped me plan the entire trip in a very good 4-star hotel, and all the commitments made by her were absolutely up to the mark. I am truly thankful to Mehak for her excellent coordination throughout the trip. The main travel goes with our driver, l/Family couldn't have got a better person. I was assigned driver/mybro Asif, and I cannot thank him enough. He treated my family like is own, he is our kin now. He was extremely genuine, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He guided me properly about places to visit, and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses. Asif was always on time — in fact, most of the time he arrived even before the scheduled time. Despite his duty hours ending, he stayed with us late at night just to ensure our experience remained comfortable and enjoyable. He was very polite, soft-spoken, and patient. The car was very neat and clean, and his driving was smooth, safe, and confident. I strongly recommend requesting Driver Asif — he genuinely makes the journey special. Highly recommended to book with Breezy Travels kashmir, this is my one of the best trip.

The travel agent should clearly communicate the complete expenses of the trip. I felt that the budget details were not shared transparently. She only informed me about the charges that covered the hotels, two meals, and the cab. The sightseeing expenses were not explained properly, and the amount she initially mentioned for sightseeing was much lower than what I actually had to pay. All trip, hotels and driver were good basis the price charged, except Pahalgam ( River walk hotel) was a poor hotel with broken taps, broken toilet etc... Rest was good thanks. Gulmarg and Sonamarg trip. Anarkali ( house boat)
