The distance between in Kerala and Bangalore is not too huge. One can take a flight from Bangalore to reach Kochi in only one hour or board a train from Bangalore to Kerala that takes about 7-8 hours. There are many ways of reaching Kerala from Bangalore. Inter-state connectivity in India is very good and very convenient. To reach Kerala from Bangalore, not much effort goes into planning. In terms of weather, there is not a lot of difference as Kerala and Bangalore are both coastal regions. Many Bangaloreans travel from Bangalore to Kerala for an extended weekend getaway. It is refreshing to go to a new place, and that too by planning a low budget trip. The different ways in which you can reach Kerala from Bangalore are:

 

Bangalore To Kerala By Air: Sometimes when a train from Bangalore to Kerala is not available or is not suiting your schedule, you can book a flight. Flights are generally advisable for old citizens as the duration of a flight from Bangalore to Kerala is much lesser than a train journey, so not a lot of patience will be required. There are numerous flights that connect the two destinations. It takes only about an hour to reach Kerala from Bangalore by flight. You can arrange your pick up from the airport by asking your hotel to send a car or book a prepaid cab.

 

Bangalore To Kerala By Train: Taking a train is the most convenient way to go to Kerala from Bangalore. The road journey can become tiresome and it can wear you out. An overnight train journey is the option that appeals the most to people. You can easily find out the train schedule and availability on the internet. The train journey from Bangalore to Kerala is about 9 hours long. It can take longer, depending on the route of the train. The Trivandrum Central Railway station is the nearest railway station to Kerala. This railway station is about a kilometre away from the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.

 

Bangalore To Kerala By Road: A car drive or a bus journey from Bangalore to Kerala can get hectic. In your own car, you will have to bear the fuel expenses besides paying the toll taxes. You can hire a car to go from Bangalore to Kerala. The hired cars charge about rs.5 per kilometre. Buses, however, would prove to be more economical. There are air conditioned sleeper and non A/C sleepers and other options of buses that ply from Bangalore to Kerala. Both, government and private buses, are available to travel back and forth from Karnataka to Kerala.

    Hi Team, As you this wasn't my 1st trip with you guys. Though booking was hassle free was surprised to after service, moreover your App was so pathetic which I had complained also, inspite of install & uninstall multiple times , I had login and due payment issues. No transparency on cost due to w
    hich I eventually paid on higher payment instead of what it was promised to be, refund for the same pending. Had mixed opinion on overall journey 1) Driver Nice and very friendly guy and always promot on his duty, full 5star for him. 2) Hotel - Lake View munnar * Property was good with view point and staffs etc. But drawbacks were , It's 3 Star hotel rather 4 star. I had face Hot water issue for all days, Team used to attend complaint but didn't get resolved . Food for one night was so bad and it lacks with other amenities to be called a 4Star. 3) Boat house It was fantastic, nice crew team, Good food & Hospitality. It didn't had hot water facilities As I was carrying my infant , but overall it was a happy stay. 4) Support from Travel agent / Travel triangle representative Totally below par to my expectations, As eveytime I need to do too many follow ups, Still I didn't get my refund amount on excess money paid. House boat stay and Villa Property of hotel.

Just concentrate on hotels food Ragamaya 1st hotel was one of the hidden gem. 2Hotels which I went on the 2nd & 3rd day makes us disappointed.
