Renu's 7 days trip to KeralaI travelled Kerala (Munnar/Thekkady/Alleppy/Athiapally/Kochi) in Oct 2019 with friends. Prebooking response was very good with Mr. Abdul (agent) from KING FOREST HOLIDAYS. He has suggested overall plan, resorts as per our requirement and we could close on the booking soon with them. Immediately after booking, agent informed us we are not getting rooms in one resort for which we agreed upon. This disappointed us as this should have been checked with hotels/resorts just before paying token amount. Later involved Travel Triangle and this issue was sorted out. Small thing but without involving traveller if this would have got sorted it would have been much better. We started our travel and overall experience if I want say, it was awesome, we were happy at the end. Positives: 1) Cab driver was very good/polite and good guide, not faced any issue. Cab cleanliness was maintained throughout the trip. Driver was always very punctual and excited to take us to places 2) Munnar resort provided was a very beautiful property 3) Houseboat experience was excellent, flawless, safe. Food was simple and delicious with varieties. The best stay. Should never miss houseboat experience in Alleppy 4) Mr. Abdul was taking our feedback every day and felt engaged/reliable Improvements Required: 1) In Munnar, the resort was far from the city which was ok as the resort was very good. Second half day, we spent in Wonder Vally Adventure park which was nice experience but after that driver took us to the next spot without telling us how much time it will take. It took almost 2.5 hrs and we were totally disappointed. Driver should keep telling these things as well so that we can decide if we want to go or not. 2) Same evening, with our first cab, faced a small accident (basically minor dashes from a vehicle behind), which damaged the car dicky. To sort out overall thing including FIR, it took ~3 hrs and then as heavy fog and traffic., we reached our resort very late. Lost that evening which we wanted to spend in the beautiful resort. Here, some alternate cab should have been arranged soon. We stay just 1-2 nights at some place and pay for that, so something to take care. 3) In Thekkady resort, room given was small but we got an upgrade and had nice stay there. Very polite Hotel Manager. 4) Food was ok ok in all resorts except Houseboat. 5) Kerala Massage suggested by cab driver was not at all good. They should know real good places to suggest as money spent was not small.
Juhipawar's 5 days trip to KeralaWe visited Kerala in the mid of October for our family trip. It was the right time to visit to Kerala. Weather was perfect. Little dizzling of rains everyday and start of winter. Short Details of trip - 14th to 17th October'19 (4D-3N) Kochi - Munnar - Alleppey - Kochi 2 days stay at Munnar Hills 1 day stay at Alleppey houseboat We booked our trip through Funday Travels. They have planned very nice and hassle free Kerala trip for us. Notable points of the trip - 1. Trip planner(Priyanka) - Priyanka was very helpful throughout the trip. I remember I called her number of times to get various information, multiple changes, inclusions/exclusions, budget discussion etc. But she was very calm and patient throughout the process and helped me to plan nice comfortable trip. 2. Special thanks to Amit as well. In Priyanka's absence, he helped us to get all requirements in time and there will not be any problem. Both Priyanka/Amit were in touch with us throughout the trip and taking follow ups everyday to make sure everything goes well. 3. Cab Driver(Unni) - Mr. Unni was very kind person. He was with us all four days and we really enjoyed his company. He guided us to various locations and also was sharing useful informations about Kerala while driving. Once again, Thank you Funday Travels and Travel Triangle for such a wonderful trip. Kerala was Amazing!

Bhaskar's 5 days trip to KeralaIt was a good experience with Travel Values. However, the credit goes to Travel Triangle to connect me with Travel Values. We reached at Kochi for our 4N5D Honeymoon trip on 1st Oct'19 and we met Firoz bhai (driver). He was brilliant. Thanks to my agent. We had enjoyed a lot, exceeded our expectations. We can't tell so much as we felt there.
Shikha's 6 days trip to KeralaHotels - Kovalam Hotel Ocean Bay was the bad experience. It was too unhygienic , unhygienic breakfast and washrooms , not good breakfast. Allepey Houseboat - House experience was worst. The only good part was our cook otherwise nothing was happening their. Firstly we were picked up late by 30 mins after waiting , cruise driver was so irresponsible he stopped the cruise at dot 5 PM and left for his home ,we hardly enjoyed cruise ride, TV was not working , washrooms were dirty, rooms were suffocating and stinking .In the morning we checked out early and have to pay auto charges on our own to have drop at the drivers pick up point as cruise driver was unavailable. Ideally drop should have been arranged by cruise team. As per the itinerary, we were supposed to have candle light dinner but no arrangements were done for it. We just spent one day their without any memories and enjoyment. Kochi, Munnar and Tekkady hotels were good and as per our expectations. We will rate them 4* as per the services and hospitality provided. Ocean Bay Resort will be rated as 2* and Butterfly Cruise which was arranged for us as 1*. Driver friendliness and proper guidance and support throughout the trip. He made our journey happening.
Bandi's 4 days trip to KeralaI took a package for Kerala (Munnar, Alleppy and Kochi). Overall my trip was good. But the hotel which was allotted is not in Munnar (its 30 km. away from it - Adimali). At Alleppy we opted for stay at Houseboat - it was not so great. Quality of bed & toilet were worst. Journey & food was good. Cab driver was friendly and cooperative, took us to the places as per itinerary & one additional place.
Anant's 4 days trip to KeralaHotel in Alleppy was super awesome Home stay at Thekkady was truely good Munnar hotel had to change because the one decided was not available despite booking and then the hotel swapped was not upto the mark so the travel agent gave an insta remedy and changed it on spot but travelling took some extra time and effort, At fort kochi the hotel Was good but the quality of food was pathetic . Camelot Hotel will never go out of my memories good ambience nice and comfy stay excellent food quality super efficient staff and truely felt pampered

Aranab's 4 days trip to KeralaWe selected Deva Travel House for our Kerala trip from 30 th September to 4 th october.Right the planning stage till the final departure from Kochi the trip was so immaculately managed and executed that it will remain ever imprinted in my mind’s eye as bright as the blue fermament. They delivered whatever they promised and it was worth the premium that they charged.I must thank Shafy who coordinated during the entire trip and personally came to the airport to greet and meet. Our driver Siraj was a gem of a person. Extremely sober, gentle and polite. We were picked up from Kochi airport and driving through the beautiful valleys we reached our resort Rivulet. The villa was so beautiful and well located amidst the lap of Mother Nature that given an opportunity I can stay there for ever. The staff was very hospitable and caring. Next day we visited adventure kingdom where we enjoyed a lot. Later we visited Ripple tea museum and the estate manager there gave a very good understanding of how tea is processed. We then visited some dams and gardens and after overnight stay we started for Thekaddy. On the way we visited Periyar spices and Ayurvedic garden where our guide Sheba gave an excellant tour of the plantation. We then checked into our hotel Sarovar portico ( Poetree) which was too good.We then visited Periyar National park which was a bit disappointing. During the boat safari we could see only deers. No sight of tigers or elephants. But after the dismal show at Periyar national park we went for the Kalaripattu show. I must say I have never seen anything like this in my life. It is a must go for all visitors. After overnight stay we started for Alleppey which was the most awaited part of our trip. Our luxury houseboat did not disappoint us. The staff was very nice and during the cruise we got some prawns and crab from the shore which was nicely cooked and served by our chef. After spending a memorable night in the houseboat. Ext day morning we headed for Kochi. The sight seeing was disappointing and after lunch at Grand hotel we decided to spend some time in lulu mall. The mall is nicely built and houses all brands for almost all consumables. Finally we departed from Kochi to our home in Bangalore with sweet memories of the short Kerala Trip. Thanks Travel Triangle and Deva travels for facilitating the excellant trip.
