Hsutariya's 7 days trip to KochiOverall good experience driver Mr.kanan was good and also cab are good. Hotel's are good however houseboat was not good quality of houseboat was poor door not closed properly and windows are broken AC is also not working Hence, suggest to improve the quality of houseboat Enjoyed lot and cab and driver is really good.
Saurabh's 5 days trip to KochiThe hotel in Kochi was 3/5- Rositta wood castle was fine as breakfast was not there. Hotel in Munnar was 0/5. Pathetic hotel Black forest resort Munnar - bed bugs, cockroaches, breakfast was not good and many more. Hotel in thekkady - 5/5 Jungle park resort was really awesome by all means. Driver was really nice. Site view can be curtailed and reviewed as per the customer reviews, because I found visiting Periyar national park is useless as it's just a boat ride which we did next day at alleppy. - Kochi beach - Munnar grennary was mesmerizing view - Thekkady kalliyaripattu - impressive martial arts - boathouse time was memorable one.
Soumya's 8 days trip to KochiTravel agent was cooperative, however his influence on on-ground operators appeared very limited and required repeated interventions at his end to ensure that even the basic hygiene of hospitality was maintained. Cab driver was unaware of length of trip and raised ruckus when told that trip end date was one day more than what he knew, room in Kanyakumari hotel was very shabby (Gopinivas Grand), and the Alleppey experience on houseboat (Grandeur Houseboats Kumarakom) was the worst in terms of behavior/cooperation of attendant, food quality, food quantity. Munnar stay and tea plantation visit. Rest of trip was quite average and sub-par.
Abhinesh's 6 days trip to KochiTravel agency has no set on standard to connect with the customer. No communication from team since booking of package of cab details. Waiting almost 4 hours for them to connect. Start of trip was so much blunder experience. Their commitment for providing the vehicle asked by me was not met. They gave just reason for their non fulfillment which is not expected when a trip is started. Not a good experience will not suggest travel vichar to anyone for future travels.
Pegasus Ayaz Shaikh
Pegasus's 5 days trip to KochiDriver was bad. Angry and rude and he covered munnar in one day and on second he forced us to go on jeep safari for sight seeing that costed 4000 rs. He kept pushing us for paid activities and told that munnar is done, nothing left now. Athirapally falls use to be done on first day he told us that we will do last day as we were having no knowledge. Last day we just went athirapally falls, no sight seeing in cochin was covered as there were about 5 - 6 places in itenary. He don't use to stop at sight seeing viewpoint in munnar. Bad behaviour and we were not very comfortable Houseboat and munnar and athirapally falls. Lulu hypermarket was also good. Every memory was good in its own way, its just that driver should have been good enough to make the trip perfect.
Deepak's 4 days trip to KochiLoved the experience with Travel Triangle and On time holidays. They were very understanding of my needs and helped me have a great vacation. Munnar sightseeing was great
Sabitabhatiastar's 4 days trip to KochiWe had a good experience with Namaskaram Travels. Hotels quality and car driver was as per what was promised to us, however car provided could have been of better quality. In Munnar, Hotel we had problem of leakage from ceiling in the bathroom and another problem we faced was TV didn’t show Hindi channels in most hotels we stayed at during our trip down south. The driver we had was very informative and accommodative plus very helpful. The car was not very powerful so it was tough for the driver in Munnar to climb the steep slope on which the hotel was located We had lovely views if the tea and coffee plantations in both Munnar and Thekkady and the view from hotel in Munnar was very good. We found the car driver provided for the journey very helpful. The Kerala trip was memorable and gives us happy memories with lots of photos to remember it by. Thank you Namaskaram Travels
All's 5 days trip to KochiHotel were below than avarage. Driver was very helpful. Suddenly aryans travel people call and say your hotel has been shifted to somewhere else that experience was very bad.
Vikram's 5 days trip to KochiWe are not happy with the arrangement done in Allepey i.e. house boat ( I booked the superior luxury boat but the boat is hardly premium class). The amount which I paid for the trip is not worth it. Also, there is lot of issues with regards to the payment also. So overall I am not happy with my trip
Backwaters and houseboat - allepy
Shilpitiwari's 4 days trip to KochiAccommodation was perfect but options in itinerary was limited. National Park was closed hence should have been replaced by other option. Boathouse in Alleppey
