I took a package for Kerala (Munnar, Alleppy and Kochi). Overall my trip was good. But the hotel which was allotted is not in Munnar (its 30 km. away from it - Adimali). At Alleppy we opted for stay at Houseboat - it was not so great. Quality of bed & toilet were worst. Journey & food was good. Cab driver was friendly and cooperative, took us to the places as per itinerary & one additional place.

Hotel in Alleppy was super awesome Home stay at Thekkady was truely good Munnar hotel had to change because the one decided was not available despite booking and then the hotel swapped was not upto the mark so the travel agent gave an insta remedy and changed it on spot but travelling took some extra time and effort, At fort kochi the hotel Was good but the quality of food was pathetic . Camelot Hotel will never go out of my memories good ambience nice and comfy stay excellent food quality super efficient staff and truely felt pampered

Had a wonderful 5 day trip to Kerala. Service from King forest Holidays was impeccable, i dint have to call them even once, everything was arranged well and hassle free. Special thanks to King forest Holidays for making our trip so memorable. Hotels, car, houseboat & driver were very good. I strongly recommend this travel agent. Thanks to travel triangle for the coordination. We went on a 5 day trip to Kerala. which covered Kochi, Munnar, Thekkaddy and alleppey. thoroughly enjoyed.

Hotels - Kovalam Hotel Ocean Bay was the bad experience. It was too unhygienic , unhygienic breakfast and washrooms , not good breakfast. Allepey Houseboat - House experience was worst. The only good part was our cook otherwise nothing was happening their. Firstly we were picked up late by 30 mins after waiting , cruise driver was so irresponsible he stopped the cruise at dot 5 PM and left for his home ,we hardly enjoyed cruise ride, TV was not working , washrooms were dirty, rooms were suffocating and stinking .In the morning we checked out early and have to pay auto charges on our own to have drop at the drivers pick up point as cruise driver was unavailable. Ideally drop should have been arranged by cruise team. As per the itinerary, we were supposed to have candle light dinner but no arrangements were done for it. We just spent one day their without any memories and enjoyment. Kochi, Munnar and Tekkady hotels were good and as per our expectations. We will rate them 4* as per the services and hospitality provided. Ocean Bay Resort will be rated as 2* and Butterfly Cruise which was arranged for us as 1*. Driver friendliness and proper guidance and support throughout the trip. He made our journey happening.

Not in hustle bustle of tourist place. Hence 5/5 2.Travel: We got sedan for our 5 days travel in Kerala .I specially wanted to mention Driver name Anish.He is such a nice human being. He has helped us with best prices wherever we had visited.He has many many many local connections and contacts to provide you best service. At many places he was allowed without ticket just to take our pictures. He has tremendous knowledge about many tourist places,best food places and affordable shopping places. Best part is he was more enthusiastic to make our vacations memorable. He is damn courteous,humble and honest.He has never refused any of our out of itinerary request or extra places. He genuinely earned 5/5 3. We selected Deva Travel House for our Kerala trip from 30 th September to 4 th october.Right the planning stage till the final departure from Kochi the trip was so immaculately managed and executed that it will remain ever imprinted in my mind’s eye as bright as the blue fermament. They delivered whatever they promised and it was worth the premium that they charged.I must thank Shafy who coordinated during the entire trip and personally came to the airport to greet and meet. Our driver Siraj was a gem of a person. Extremely sober,gentle and polite. We were picked up from Kochi airport and driving through the beautiful valleys we reached our resort Rivulet. The villa was so beautiful and well located amidst the lap of Mother Nature that given an opportunity I can stay there for ever.The staff was very hospitable and caring. Next day we visited adventure kingdom where we enjoyed a lot. Later we visited Ripple tea museum and the estate manager there gave a very good understanding of how tea is processed. We then visited some dams and gardens and after overnight stay we started for Thekaddy. On the way we visited Periyar spices and Ayurvedic garden where our guide Sheba gave an excellant tour of the plantation. We then checked into our hotel Sarovar portico ( Poetree) which was too good.We then visited Periyar National park which was a bit disappointing. During the boat safari we could see only deers. No sight of tigers or elephants. But after the dismal show at Periyar national park we went for the Kalaripattu show. I must say I have never seen anything like this in my life. It is a must go for all visitors. After overnight stay we started for Alleppey which was the most awaited part of our trip. Our luxury houseboat did not disappoint us. The staff was very nice and during the cruise we got some prawns and crab from the shore which was nicely cooked and served by our chef. After spending a memorable night in the houseboat. Ext day morning we headed for Kochi. The sight seeing was disappointing and after lunch at Grand hotel we decided to spend some time in lulu mall. The mall is nicely built and houses all brands for almost all consumables. Finally we departed from Kochi to our home in Bangalore with sweet memories of the short Kerala Trip. Hi, This is Rohit, i booked my trip with duniya zamana for tour to karala from 21 sep however trip was good but as per commitment made by agent not fulfilled at the time of trip like as i booked premium houseboat inclusive flower bed decoration, candle light dinner and cake but they provide me deluxe house boat and rest service not provide to me, another thing that in my itinerary the included cherai beach but in kochi person informed me that cherai beach is not in my tour plan, overall services provided by tour operator was very poor however hotel was good and driver cum guide shameer salim provided by hira travels was very co-operative and helpful. But if tour operator agent are giving such false commitment then i think that traveltriangle is going to lose it's goodwill. So traveltriangle do something to save your goodwill.

Overall the trip was Awesome . But the trip plan was mismanaged 1 day in our travel i ternary was to visit Fort Kochi and we reached airport @3:00 then we left for Fort Kochi which we reached at about 4:30 and it was closed and thus our first day nothing was covered. 2 day & 3rd day to munnar was Awesome . Also i would like to add that there are places near to Munnar like Ripple Waterfalls,Chennai express Shooting point etc which are not mentioned in i ternary we covered them by hiring the jeep . 4 day we started by 10am and we reached Thekady by 2:30 and then in hurry we were able to do the Periyar lake Boating. 5 th day we started at 10am we reached Allepey by 12:30 we reached the boat house(Butterfly cruise) the view was very nice the Quality of Boat that was promised by the agent was not upto the mark it has very bad beddings and also the boat driver was always busy in his phone not explained us anything about the point he covered. 6 th day we started for Kovallam we were a little late as the driver was not on time we reached at our resort Pappu-Kutty beach resort which was 3* and on the kovallam beach. The resort was nice but the facilities provide were not upto the mark the restaurant was not good and the breakfast there was ok. 7th day to Padmanabham temple & zoo. 8th day to kanyakumari in between we were Poovar back water and Golden sand beach that was were nice and not mentioned in the itenary also we have to hire a boat for Rs. 2000 for 2 person to visit the place. Overall our trip was awesome the only it was some mismanaged Also it is suggested that if you are staying in kovallam then always take return from Trivandrum as our return was from Kochi we have to travel back from Kovallam to kochi which has taken around 8 hours i.e morning 10 we reched airport by 6 which was a total waste of time & the things mentioned in the Kochi iternary were never covered due to lack of Time.
