How To Reach Cherai Beach In Kochi

The Cherai Beach is located on the Vypin Island, which can be reached easily by both water and road. The Goshree Bridge from Ernakulam that connects the islands of Bolghatty, Mulavukadu, Vallarpadam, and Vypin makes it very convenient for tourists to visit this beach.

The backwaters that connect these islands, also make it easier for tourists to reach the Cherai Beach by boats. There are boats that leave for the Vypin Islands at intervals, from the Ernakulam High Court Jetty or the main boat jetty to Vypin. Boats also leave every 15 minutes from Cochin Fort to the Cherai Beach. You can opt for any of these for getting to the beach.
