Most of every thing went well except two properties, one at Munar and one boat house. At Munar, one room doesn't have full service. For Boathouse, wrong boat (2 room boat instead of 3 room boat) has been offered and after number of debate, boat has been changed

2and 3 rd night HOTEL The view munnar IN munnar service is very bed, don't clen room every day, and velly room way is very very bed, do not esyly wack this way... and last allapy house boad I select full day ac and primium but do not provide premium boat only after boat stop for night ,this time
ac is on and my tour plan in allepy side but place change kumarakom side houseboat sed me. Allepy is famous ,clouded and best view place ,kumarakom other side place low cloud,and not batter for allepy

The overall experience was great. The stay was comfortable and beautiful. The driver took us to places that were in the itinerary. There was an issue with the drivers working hours, there was a day, when we wrapped up everything before 7, n we had ample amount of time, which could have been utilized
, but since the driver didn't want to go, we did not go out.
