Travel agent should improve their service. Hotel is awesome.. Had a good time in hotel. The location and food in hotel is very good.

Agency is good and staff is cooperative...but choice of hotel in cochin was exceptionally bad..Oval palace is the shittest hotel i have ever experienced..but overall the cab driver was tooooo good..

We booked a 5n/6d trip to Kerala in the month of june , Ashutosh from getz destination managed the trip really well and was very cooperative,he contacted us everyday regarding the trip.cab driver was very humble and professional , hotels at Cochin(Travancore court), Munnar(summit indriya resort ) and thekaddy (spicegrove)were excellent 4 star hotels with great food both in breakfast and dinner. Due to heavy rain a few sight seeing were closed such as Ernakulam national park and matupatty dam ,also boating at periyar was closed so we missed out on thos...

The trip was well organised by Mr Abhinay, he helped me throughout booking till my last day of the trip. The support from Holiday Package was ultimate and best to believe. The quote and the tour was customized by Abhinay according to my need. We went to Alleppey, Vagamon and Thekkedy on 9th June to 12th June. The houseboat provided was ultimate, deck on top, hygienic and tasty food including snacks, rooms and houseboat was well maintained. Our stay at Vagamon was at Holiday Vagamon hotel, the staff was courteous, they did not have power since 3 day...
