The initial stay at Munnar was very good and services were also provided on timely fashion. Cab provided was functionally ok but was not in the best of condition. Driver was also quite good having distinct know-how about the place and suggestions for places to visit were also very helpful. Stay at
Houseboat in Allepey needed improvement for which communication was also done with Agent. Meal was also sub-par at the houseboat. Stay at Thekkady was satisfactory but not great whereas resort at Kovalam was a nice stay. Complimentary breakfast was good only at Munnar. Overall, it was quite a unique experience with visuals of greenery all around.

Overall experience was very good especially last day stay in resort. But there can be better coordination between travel agent and transporter like I changed my itinerary and share with travel agent before booking she said ok but driver was not aware of it due to which I have to skip some places to
visit which were in my package I paid extra for this but got nothing and in last day schedule candid photoshoot was included in package but when I asked for it in resort they were not aware of it and said they do not provide this kind of facility. So travel agent charged me extra for few changes but didn't get anything. Inspite of these things overall experience was very good.

The worst taxi driver ever, ruined my trip. Was very greedy, asking for money all the time, not ready to go through or follow itinerary. Had problem with our itinerary itself which we booked (not sure why he even took it then) Wasnt ready to stop at a proper restaurant also on the way for the fo
od. Was like everything should be done as per his saying even the food. Made us walk for long everytime for smaller things also to save himself parking. For sightseeing either we ask locals and have to walk and take local convince eventhough it was the part of itinerary. Worst service. Driver Kept telling had taken this trip from agent in very cheap price. He kept saying kms are going very high even though he hardly drove 30 kms on few days. He was not even good for hotel to hotel drop also wasting lot of time as he used to drive at 40 to 60 and taking from interior roads avoiding highways (maybe due to tolls) Would recommend to avoid this driver if you are really looking for a normal atleast if not a good trip and full of stress and wasting too much money.

Sagar's 7 days trip to Munnar

The first two hotels were amazing i.e. adishakti and times square. Decent hotel in Thekkady. However would have preferred ac hotel in munnar but was suggested it won't be required Vagamon hotel experience was worst. It was hot there and rooms were too small. Both cab drivers jithu and Anish were am
azing. They made sure we visit everyplace and cover as many locations as possible. they stopped at good restaurants for munching and snacking. Both made us feel safe and acted as our big brothers. I would suggest them to everyone i know wanting to travel to kerela. Namit also planned the trip very well. He picked up my calls and tried to give out a resolution. But at times i felt I was not up to mark and I felt that he could have handled the situation better. Kerela agent arun never contacted us during the trip and neither picked up the phone for sikara ride. Although he made the required arrangement properly. Overall me and my friend's had a great experience with trip sailor ..looking forward for more such trips in future. I think jithu as our cab driver was amazing and the first two days he gave us an amazing time. Anish on the last day took us to adventure park and motivated us to do the activities as it was our last day.
