    THe hotel at Munnar is not worthy of 4 star. The toilet was smelling, although they shifted our room next day. But it could have been better with respect to price we are paying.

    It was a nice experience post the trip started, before the trip a lot of calls had to happen for the right itinerary and details...the last hotel was not good as the room was not properly ready..the TV remote was missing, the tea kettle wasn't working etc

    Overall Trip is good but can be even better. Stay is excellent in Guruvauyr, Munnar and Kovalam Beach. I asked for a room in alleppey with only ride in Houseboat but the Tour operator promised a very good Houseboat. The Houseboat it not that great. Cab is average but the Driver is very good. There
    should be type of cabs to chose from before finalizing the trip similar to rooms.

    All the properties were good except the houseboat. The vehicle was changed to Marrazo from Innova. We couldn't visit the Kovalam beach as driver was not ready to go on that particular day. The agent didn't bothered to check how the trip is going.
