Firstly the hotel provided by the travel agent in athirapally was not good, the rooms were not in a good condition, old furniture and very small. The driver provided by the agent was not able to communicate properly in hindi. We had a lot of issues talking to him and understanding him, Also he had q

There are many more things I can mention, but overall, Pleasure India and especially Alia made our Kerala trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Pleasure India to anyone planning a Kerala trip.
