The support from Kusum and her team was great. Right from the hotel / flight vouchers, intra city travel to visa assistance and forex, everything was smooth. They were always available throughout and were giving us daily updates on our itinerary. The only thing I felt could have been slightly better is the itinerary. While it was a short trip of 7 days to Zurich, Salzburg and Prague; few things in the itinerary were jam packed and were not feasible to do. Otherwise no complaints, was very happy with Centaur vacations. One word of caution to fellow travellers to Europe, it was hot and sultry in europe and the hotels don't have ACs there so please book accordingly.

We recently visited Switzerland and Austria through Travel Triangle for our honeymoon. Rohit from HubHolidays (one of the agent of Travel Triangle) designed our itinerary. To begin with i would say i was little skeptical going with Travel Triangle as this was my first trip with them and none of my acquaintance had gone with them. However our trip went smoothly thanks to Rohit who was there to help us at any time, be it day/night. All the hotels and sightseeing tickets were handed over to us well in advance which helped us to understand how we will be moving from one place to other. We lost our 1 day because of the airline problem but Rohit and Prashant helped us cover our entire itinerary despite loss of one valuable day. All in all i would say everything was crafted to perfection be it the itinerary or the hotel rooms or the sightseeing. The trip was great. New Zealand a must place to visit. Experience with travel triangle was not great. Basically they work as a intermediary with travel agent and only to bring them on a platform. Don't expect any follow up or support from TT in case of concerns or delays, you need to separately follow up with agent. My personal experience was not good with TT, I never received a call to update status of anything right from booking of trip to issuance of Visa or ticket and I had to call them for all updates. Also, you would need to give them multiple reminder calls. South Island is the place to be. We enjoyed it the most

I would like to thank the team of HubHoliday ,Mr.Amit Rana in particular and Mr.Vikas as well, for making our honeymoon trip a wonderful memory for the lifetime.The itinerary was perfect to cover both North and South Island highlights in 10days and was also a mix of romantic & adventure getaways.The best memories of the trip are as follows: -Kaituna river rafting -Hobbiton set -Tranz Alpine train from Greymouth to Christchurch -Self drive -Milford sound cruise However,I would like HubHoliday to consider the following points as well in order to improve upon the package offered : - The package cost can be revised as I felt after the trip was over that if I had booked all the hotels/flights/activities/transfers given by HubHoliday all by myself,the package cost would come around 3.25/3.5lakhs in total for 2 persons instead of 4 lakhs - the breakup being : Flights international/domestic and visa : around 1.25 lakhs , car in both islands : 15000 ,hotels : around75000 ,activities :around 1lakh . - The hotel in Christchurch should have been better:room was too clumsy for 2 people Anyways,I would definitely go with the friendly HubHoliday team in near future as well given the interest shown by them to improve further once I gave my feedback to them on the package cost.
