Service has not good. Each time I called agent service to get the details. Alleepy house boat had not satisfied and they provided AC after 6 o’clock. Very disappointing the trip. Day 1: marvelous stay at aruvi resorts best view as hotel was near a river. Local site seeing was very good. Day 2: Enjoyed best martial arts and katthakali at Thekkady was best must see shows. Trip was not so pleasant because of the following reason: During the whole trip i did not receive even the single call from agent about my trip to know how is my trip going, And I have booked for deluxe houseboat rated 3 star but to my surprise the house boat which have been provided doesn't even deserve the 1 star, it was too dirty (have seen lizard & roaches on houseboat) and food was also pathetic. As per the itinerary which have been provided to me it was clearly written that it will take 3.5 hrs of journey from Munnar to Allepy but it took 7 hours because of that i boarded late on houseboat.

Seven Springs Plantation Resort at Munnar is an excellent place amid nature, we enjoyed our stay over there. The cab driver guided us to the best restaurants, food was very good. Only in houseboat from 05:30 PM to 09:00 PM we were not able to stay due to sweating and heat. As per the procedure, they are switching ON the AC only by 09:00 PM. This can be avoided based on request and outside weather Very good memorable trip with my family and relatives. Arrangements and food in the hotels are very nice

My 2 nights trip to kerala with my family was organised by trip trello, a travel agent proposed by travel triangle. Rates were quite competitive and driver was reasonably good. He can understand our requirements as a family with small kids and cooperated with us for visiting places as per our requests. Only one issue we faced was to extend the travelling hours on the last day till 9 PM in-place of 7 PM at the Airport. Driver was insisting to drop us to the Airport by 7 PM as per his duty hours and company policy, and charged us some more to extend the travelling hours till 9 PM. This should have been made clear before booking the trip to coordinate with our flight timings by travel agent to avoid last minute confusions.

Out of three hotel is good (Dream Catcher), The remaining two are average. Even they are not providing tea also, other than breakfast time. Food is expensive. Continue journey is also not good, all they gave far from one another.

Place was good. However lack of proper communication by the driver was frustrating. We had to prompt him for everything to communicate regarding the travel plan. We missed out on Eraviculam national park due to that as he didnt mention untill muxh late that the park was closing. We expressed our desired to eat in authentic local places (small joints)but he kept taking us to multi cusine restaurants. Booking was made for 7 adults and 2 kids. However at all hotels booking was made only for 8 pax by the travrl agent. The tv in the boat house was not operational.
