    • Trip to Jaipur

Our trip was good with few inconveniences About the hotel accommodation : Hotel Livin Jaipur, Hotel sagar, Bikaner, and hotel Anukune Villas were good . But in hotel treebo, Jodhpur there are no minimum facilities like doormats, soaps , drinking water etc. No proper response and hospitality from staff and management. Food also average. We had a very bad experience. And about Royal Haveli, Jaisalmer, the room is good but very very small. No proper maintainance for restaurant. The location of the hotel itself is very bad with stinking smell. From next time onwards try to rectify these shortcomings while booking the hotels. . Stay at Rojani at sam is awesome. We enjoyed the stay. The hospitality of staff is memorable. The driver Mr. Manoj is a gentleman. The driving is quite good.

    • Trip to Jaipur

Extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided by Mr. Ashok from Taj Holiday Mart. I appreciate the steps taken by Mr. Ashok in providing all the information as soon as possible whenever enquired. The driver provided during the travel was very good, who drove carefully and managed the drive in spite of sand storm and rain. The thing to improve is in the choice of camp at Jaisalmer Sam Sand Dunes, which ought to be better to ensure better comfort. The food proivded at Jaipur desert camp was very bad, and I'd not recommend or suggest any of the travellers visit this camp. Otherwise, hotels provided by the agency is good and cleanliness is maintained.
