Only the best thing I want to share is about Driver named Azaj. He was very polite, understanding and guide too. Rest the hostel named Gurcoresidency which is 4 star I will give 2 star and about house boat named Akhbar house boat which is 4 star I will give only one 1 star (Very Poor). And food quality at house boat also not good, I get Diarrhoea after taking breakfast, So I will preferred to the food for restores. That's why I will Rate over all rating trip to 7 out of 10.

During the first conversation, the agent was extremely friendly and responsive, and the quotation was enough; nevertheless, while there, a few things surprised me, such as the restricted amount of food in the hotels. After arguing, they provided as per requirement. The rest of the cab person is good and their services are good. However, the end agent is arguing badly and demanding funds in cash or other payment modes apart from travel triangle. The rep of travel triangle is neutral (not in good response).

I had booked the trip for my parents. 2 nights stay was provided in a hotel and 1 night in house boat. The hotel selected for 2 nights was really poor. It was completely in an offroad area with with nothing to explore after evening. Even the cab driver was not able to find it. We got to know later that hotels at very reasonable rates were available in the main city of Srinagar. THe hotel staff was though good and offered whatever service they had. However the overall experience of those 2 nights was really poor. Also feel like being very overcharged after listening to their experince

The 3 day trip to Kashmir was a wonderful experience. The coordinators were polite and humble. However, the trip was taxing. The cab driver (Mr. Muddassar) alloted to us used to manipulate the planned trip and made on the ground changes for his own convenience. We missed our Shikara ride due to cab drivers manipulations in the tour plan. There was no coordination between the travel agent and the driver. The changes made by drivers were not informed to the coordinators and to us which created a lot of chaos. The tour plan for 1st and 3rd day was shuffled. Our houseboat bookings were made by some other name and we were alloted a different houseboat. Due to these changes the trip became exhausting. Otherwise it went smooth. *Improvement points* 1. Bookings must be confirmed with hotels and house boat owners before hand. 2. A set route plan must be shared with the driver and tourist and the same must be followed for a hassle-free experience. 3. Shankar Aacharya Temple can be included in the sight seeing plan for tourists.
