It was a well planned tour n we had a good time. Although there wer a few issues here n der. Firstly we had requested b4 hand nly to provide us a driver who is fluent in English or Hindi. This request was totally ignored. Our driver knew nly his mother tongue coz of which der was a lot of communication gap. Secondly we had booked a luxury houseboat n wen we boarded it we wer told that we need to pay extra money if we want to use the Jacuzzi present in the washroom which we had no idea abt. Lastly wen we did the booking we wer told that we would b given a voucher for booking with travel triangle which we never received. The view at Munnar from our room @Amber Dale resort and Spa.

Very Good Job done by Robin. He arranged everything as per our requirements and convenience. The trip was amazing, all the hotels, the cab and its driver, the tour, the itinerary everything was very good. Though need some improvement on house boat stay. But except that everything else was highly satisfying. The name- Comfort destination indeed suits the agent. 4.5/5 stars.

Hotel at Munnar and thekkady was good. Hotel at kovalam below standard. Houseboat at alleppy was a disaster. We leave house boat, no alternative accommodation provided by travel agent and book hotel at our own cost( Reimbursements must done). One suggestion, Never book houseboat online. Leave it to travelers to book at own after reaching alleppy.for travel agent, Need improvement in tour package planning. Taxi services was good enough. Driver was polite and always on time. overall tour was nice Munnar was the best part of trip.
