Ashok's 7 days trip to VagamonI travelled four places, Munnar, Thekday, Allepay and Kovlam for 8 days. My entire journey was absolutely hassle free. Everything turned out as promised. The driver Mr. Vinu Pettah was very friendly and great support during the trip. Travel agent, Delhi Travel Value was very cooperative and was always very quick to respond to any query relating to the trip. Over all very satisfied. Best memories of the trip was stay at Kondai lip water resort and Poovar island resort. Both these resorts are wonderful.

Ankita's 5 days trip to VagamonDear Vaishali, It was an awesome trip as everything was well arranged and we did not face any inconvenience during our stay at the hotels and during our trip to sight seeing. If we get another chance to visit Kerala we would definitely book our trip itinerary through travel triangle. Munnar hotel Pine Tree was wonderful. Allepy backwaters was a remarkable experience though we felt we could have got one more day to stay at the house boat. Thanks to Vaishali and kerala expedition team for this memorable trip of 2019. Pralapati's 4 days trip to VagamonHappy with the arrangements and coordination from Travel Triangle side. The arrangements made by Travel Values, local agent, were very good particularly the Cab was good snd its Driver Mr. Muhammed has been very much helpful and excellent. One thing we were not happy was that: We asked for a hotel at Allepey and a House boat for few hours during the day time. What Travel Values has done was to book accommodation in a Resort on the outskirts of Kochi who provide a free boat ride for 2.5 hours, to and fro to the sea front from the resort. When asked about the difference Travel Values person tells that Travel Triangle did not inform. So, to have a House Boat experience we had to travel to Allepey next day and pay an additional amount at a Premium(last minute booking) and could not visit a single sight in Kochi. Blessing in in disguise though has been that the Kondai Lip Resort and Spa has turned out to be quite a nice place. B Drive to Munnar....Visit to Spice Garden.....and Time spent at Kondai Lip Resort and Spa at the outskirts of Kochi.
Venkatesh's 6 days trip to VagamonOverall it was a good experience at Kerala. Robin organised everything for us and the Driver Mathew and very jolly person and was good. Food was very good at the house boat. we were impressed about the work of the cook, he prepared tasty food(including Non-veg and tea). But when we asked for additional tea, he was not able to provide as Milk was not available. The hotel quality was good everywhere. These are all about the positive site. On the improvement note, i would suggest you to please make some background work and select the places for visit. I did not do any background work and just went according to the fixed tour of the operator but I feel, some of the places were not required. Please ask specifically which places they will be taking to (of course it is part of itinerary) do a lot of research on those places and if you feel it is good, please provide else, request them to change the plan. I think they are flexible enough to change the plan.
Fahim's 5 days trip to VagamonThe stay at rivulet resort was ok i have especially asked for candle light dinner and what they told me is they cannot arrange it after 10pm after that they left the dinner covered with silver foil in my room on the another stay at cherai the room has cracks on the walls and the washroom was stinking. Candle light Dinner on house boat
Rishikesh's 6 days trip to VagamonIt was good trip but all the promises and itineraries showed in the profile was not provided at the tour..such as flowers n cake. Hotel at munnar was also 2 star and service was ok and also it was located at outskirts of munnar about 18 kms before munnar city. The best thing was the cab driver..he actually took very good care of us and made us feel very comfortable during sightseeing and journey throughout.

Sudha's 5 days trip to VagamonOur trip to Kerala was really good. We visited Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey. We opted for a tree house for one night in munnar and it turned out to be a beautiful experience. All went well till thekkady. Our driver is also really good. Alleppey boat house turned out to be a mistake. The boat was pathetic and boating will be there only for couple of hours which we are not aware of and boating will be stopped by 5 pm only. Travel agency guys also did not share this information. The boat does not look like the one in photos shared to you. We got so bored and irritated in boat house. How ever, food served there was decent. When the boat was moving, it is very pleasant experience. I honestly suggest people to not go with night stay at boat house. It's just over rated.
