Kunal's 6 days trip to Goa

Although the overall trip was great but the first resort that we booked (Riva beach resort), we had a poor experience especially regarding the room services, providing essentials like water and towels. On the day of checkin we were told that the key of the room is misplaced so we had to go lunch with all our belongings lying in an apparently open room. The room services repeatedly were found to be deficient. Restaurant was not serving lunch as they had some wedding family residing in the resort and we had to eat outside. Location and pool along with pool staff was the only saving grace of this resort. The second resort (Cochicos) was the highlight of our trip as we enjoyed the stay there. The staff and room services were on point. Staff was polite and helpful in all regards. Overall a good experience but the the first resort is a big no for our future trips atleast

Trip can be planned better for goa(Manish was planner for me).here are some points. 1 taxi service timing starts at 10:30 and ends which gives less time to explore goa. 2 shared transportation is of very poor quality. 3 On days of South Goa beaches accomodation should be planned on South Goa only. 4 water sports activities provided is of very poor quality. 5 Travel triangle don't take any action once you have paid for the trip, there customer support team says they are only mediators and can't help. P.s -travel triangle was much better before 2020.

On my first day the room provided to me in sone different hotels, as there was no lift in the resort, and I was travelling along with kids. Secondly no follow up of the travel agent for the pick up from the airport snd when I called him he arranged for the cab in a hurry from the airport, without knowing that even the hotel would be sending the cab. Very unprofessional and careless attitude overall from the tour operator.

It was a good vacation but most of it was uncomfortable at places and every time people asked for more money to get extra things. Also, the money I gave was way more than if I booked everything by myself too. But still, it was a very good trip and I made lots of memories. So, thank you for the trip.

Komal was very helpful in customization the itinerary as per the needs. She is very polite. Riva beach doesn't have power backup though it is a 4 star hotel. there was a power down for 13 hrs, it spoiled our day and it became worse with children. Both Kalkti and Riva resorts should be providing more dishes options for Jain foods. I remember in Kalki over the dinner, we had to wait for 20 mins for chapatis. Other guests were allowed to cooking area and get chapatis. They should not allow this. And respect every guest in similar ways.

I went to Goa first time and my package was booked by Goa originals. Overall it was a good trip and agents were reachable over the call for all my queries. I stayed in both North Goa and South Goa and the stay was good. Cabs and drivers were also good.Dinner cruise was there in my package and it was fine but the food served was not upto the mark but the live music was good part of the ride.So someone planning can choose dinner cruise at Deltin royal or big daddy casino. My agent booked hotels which were not in close proximity to the airport so before booking hotels please ensure that the hotels should be nearer to the airport as there are two airports in Goa. Water sports activities provided to me were not deserving as the service was not good at the activitiy place.Onsite coordinator are good as they will help you in arranging the things for you . On hotels part, i stayed in bells beach resort which is was overall a good stay but the food options in dinner buffet was not good on the other hand I stayed in hotel colva kinara in South Goa where the food was good and the taste resemble the north Indian food. I went to cruise on my birthday and it was most pleasant birthday evening I ever had. Music was good and it was a nice experience if I exclude the served food.

Firstly, thank you for all the arrangements, especially for the time and effort @Ashok Upadhyay put into arranging and finalizing our vacation. The trip is excellent, particularly the hotel portion. @Ashok answers all calls and is a great help. I would like to award a perfect ten, but the taxi arrangements need to be better. After making travel agency reservations, I frequently have to follow for cabs, which I don't like to do. Please accept it positively, and if you said you would provide better cab arrangements, I will surely make more travel plans with you.

Most happy with Dream Planner planning, support and coordination. The way Mr. Praveen organized the trip and my requests was simply amazing and the trip was memorable because of him and I am on to recommend and refer his services to my Friends.... But the hotel was pathetic. Breakfast services were worst... Hardly they had few poha and plain breads... And the waiters were showing faces if you ask for any toast, omelettes etc., swimming pool was just a small tub with so much chemical smell... Lesser than a budget hotel... Please only suggest to those who require a budget hotel.... There were some issue with transport coordination on day 4; as it was delayed and our entire day was long day because of this.. Somehow it was sorted out because of Mr. Praveen pitching in...
