I would like to Thank you Shoes on loose for making our wonderful kerala trip arrangement. There were some following issues 1. We chose 4 star hotel, but we have been given low category (very small) room in kochi. We were disappointed with that. 2. In Munnar, we got good hotel, but heater was not available in room. And Munnar is located on top, so we were so cold midnight. Other travelers should keep it in mind 3. In Allepey, till last day, a boat house company was not confirmed. My driver was confused. When we called an agent assigned to us - Tania, she said Tania is on leave, but actually she was on the phone. My wife easily recognized her voice (this is not fair). But finally she gave us houseboat comany contact number. Customer service should be improved. Overall trip was wonderful. Thank you once again. Allepey boathouse, munnar.

Hotel rooms were not so good even after booking 4 star hotels. Also few must go places were not included in the cab services, had to separately book it. It would be good if travel agent provides such exceptions in advance so that we can take better decision upfront Off road trip in Munnar which was not included in the package and had to separately book it

First 2 days in Munnar were awesome ,although it is raining it was good. Next Thekkady journey and hotel are not up to the mark. Hotel did not have proper ventilation and it was quite suffocating. And there was no sight seeing. Felt it was unnecessary in the trip. Allepey boat ride was good , nice view and good food. but it definitely does not belong to 5 star. As mentioned in the initial plan there is no resort and such things I would suggest only the boat ride but not the stay. Kovalam was canceled due to long journey.although we requested cocchi sight seeing in the last moment, it was arranged and it’s good. Overall trip was good but it could have been better with best stay

Mr. Kapil I didn't get which I talk about (flower decoration, cake & dinner) I told you many times but you fooled me. guys make sure if you are booking every thing in written but rest of things are really cool only house boat experience was really bad there was no privacy in private boat lots of people coming inside I asked to boat driver he told me these are our relatives but my wife was scared that time at the end we back to our house boat room. Cab driver was really nice, monnar and kovalam resort was pretty cool.

I booked my Kerala Honeymoon trip from Travel Unbound for the month of December 2023. Initially, I was doubtful about booking my trip from Travel Unbound because of mixed reviews on Google and other online platforms, but there Agent Mamta put lots of effort into finalizing the itinerary as per my expectations and finalizing the quote at very competitive prices. They also provided the complimentary photoshoot at Munnar Rose Garden made our trip more mesmerizing.   I had a very pleasant experience. The people from Travel Unbound are very humble, and they were always in touch throughout my Kerala trip. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mamta for being available all the time, from preparing quotes to clarifying all my doubts and making my trip hassle-free.

Everything was good except one thing : In one hotel travel agent chosen room category as base one which was totally worst. In our whole trip this was our worst time we spent in that hotel. I would recommend to always choose the best quality rooms and other things because no one wants to spoil their whole trip because of the single mistake. This was my first trip with my loved one and somehow I felt that this can be more better if that hotel room could be the best one.
