We recently traveled to Sri Lanka for 6 days and 5 nights, organized by Glamour Asia Travels & Tours / White Monkey Travels (Private) Limited. From start to finish, the trip was an incredible experience, meticulously planned and executed by the travel company. Every detail, from our accommodations to the itinerary, was thoughtfully curated, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation for our family. A special mention goes to Chamith, our chauffeur and guide for the journey. Chamith was not only professional and punctual but also incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about Sri Lanka’s history, culture, and landmarks. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making the long drives seamless and enjoyable. He was always ready to help, accommodating our requests with a smile and providing valuable recommendations that enhanced our overall experience. The hotels arranged for us were exceptional, offering comfort and hospitality beyond our expectations. Each property had its own unique charm and was located conveniently close to the attractions we were visiting. The meals provided at the hotels were delicious, and the staff at each location were welcoming and attentive. The itinerary covered some of Sri Lanka’s most stunning destinations, and we enjoyed every moment, from exploring ancient ruins to experiencing breathtaking landscapes and immersing ourselves in local culture. Chamith’s expertise ensured that we made the most of our time at each spot, avoiding crowds and discovering hidden gems. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Glamour Asia Travels & Tours / White Monkey Travels and cannot recommend them enough. The entire trip was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Chamith played a pivotal role in making our experience memorable, and we are deeply grateful for his support and care throughout the journey. Moushumi's 6 days trip to Sri Lanka
I would say my overall trip was fine but there is scope of improvement when it comes to itinerary and planning. We could not cover a lot of points irrespective of the fact we started everyday as early as 9am. We barely got any time to shop in Colombo, in fact Lotus tower was the only place we could vidit after our arrival to Colombo and the cab driver didn't let us shop the next day or on our last day when we headed 5-6 hours early to the airport. The hotels were good except for the fact that two of them had no lifts but we had to climb stairs which was not beforehand. In fact the hotel which had a great view in Kandy, I requested the agent if we could stay there instead of going to Nuwara eliya but since it was last minute it was not acceptable. I would give 3 out 5 as there is scope of having better experience. My best memory is the time we spent in the Millennium elephant orphanage where we fed and bathed the elephant and walked with one.

Hotel in nuwara eliya ramboda falls hotel and in bentota villa 69 was not that much good...not good in sense of ambience of rooms. However food was good in south villa 69...chauffeur was very nice and helpful he just tried to save our money and help in cover best places in best possible time... thanks a lot Nalaka ji our chauffeur it was great time with you... Tropical Ceylon agent was also good I WhatsApp them during my trip they instantly took action and called concerned department.. however they forgot about our candle light dinner but no issues as it was not needed as we were family and friends and food was same in that too... Thanks a lot for making my trip wonderful Chauffeur was very nice for us he went two markets we opted local markets instead of Odell and other malls and for that he helped us in visiting there

Aziz travel gave us a real time experience,only area of improvement is one of the drivers Chamara given to us,had a knack of going to his home by 6 pm..so we were left alone in evening on 2 days. The Joe s resort bentota and Skyfall Kandy...awesome view and awesome experience

Driver accompanied was really helpful and ensured a comfortable journey. The only issue we had was at Traveller's nest hotel which was included as part of this booking.

Singapore and Malaysia Trip Our recent trip to Singapore and Malaysia, organized through Sahring Travels, was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Initial Arrangements: We received several quotations and finalized the agency after much deliberation. However, after making the first payment, we were informed that an additional 5% GST had to be paid, which was unexpected and not communicated earlier. Flights: We booked our flights through agent only, but the outbound flight was postponed (domestic) leaving us with minimal time to board the international flight during the check in process prior to 48 hours. I faced an ordeal of connecting with Air India support for over 14 hours to resolve the issue, which I had to manage entirely by myself. Hotels: The hotel accommodation was average in Singapore and very good in Malaysia Singapore Experience: The trip to Singapore was well-coordinated, and I would like to appreciate Ridhi for her excellent support and coordination. However, during the city tour, the driver for Days 2 and 3 was quite authoritative and did not stop at key attractions like Chinatown and Mariamman Temple, as promised. Instead, he halted at a gift shop for over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary and a waste of time. This sentiment was echoed by other families who traveled with us. Malaysia Experience: Our road trip from Singapore to Malaysia was disappointing. The bus was uncomfortable, leading to body aches and fever upon arrival at KL Berjaya bus station. To make matters worse, we were stranded for nearly 90 minutes without a cab, and the agent at malaysia was unresponsive. We had to arrange transportation to the hotel at our own expense. Additionally, we were initially informed that KL Tower tickets were included in the itinerary. However, the agent later charged us around ₹7,000, claiming there was a fee change from December 1st. Upon verifying online and at the ticket desk, the ticket prices were significantly lower (₹1,718 for adults and ₹1,012 for children). This discrepancy was frustrating and felt like a lack of transparency. Meals: We were informed that meals were pre-booked on both flights. However, no meals were provided on the return flight from Kuala Lumpur, adding to the list of inconsistencies. Overall Experience: Singapore: 8/10 – Well-planned and enjoyable, except for the guide/driver issues during the city tour. Malaysia: 5/10 – Poor coordination, lack of transparency, and uncomfortable travel. Flights: 6/10 – Lack of support and unfulfilled promises regarding meals. While we enjoyed parts of the trip, particularly in Singapore, the overall experience was marred by poor communication, discrepancies in the itinerary, and subpar arrangements in Malaysia. Improvements in transparency and coordination are essential for future travelers.

I stayed for 5 nights at different hotels. Day 1 - Very good Day 2 - bad (poor room, congested bathroom, no intercom) Day 3 - decent (located in remote location) Day 4 - decent (old property, no intercom, no TV) Day 5 - excellent I did not feel that Day 2 to Day 4 hotels were 3 stars.

Our trip was really good. The srilankan tour agent helped us a lot 'dilini'. A spl thanks to her and the tour guide & driver. The only one which I don't like is the travel triangle agent, I forgot her name. She was super rude and acting like a PM (no time to speak etc etc). I never had this kind of experience with anyone.

We group of 12 friends and family visited Srilanka through Yalla Travel where Mr Fazan helped a lot and made our vacation wonderful. We got personalized vacation plan , got very clean bus with skilled English speaking driver and a tour guide. Overall everyone of us is happy with Yalla Travel and services offered. During the safari - Local vendor messed up the plan ( this could have been better if trusted vendors communicated in advance time)

We had 2 cab break down for which we wasted almost 2 days and in One of the incidence we were on road for 2 hours in hot sun, wile cab driver dint even answer our call.

It was really great planning this trip especially since the Sri lankan travel agent was really efficient and helpful. But unfortunately I was unhappy with the Travel Triangle agent services once I finalized the trip. They just disappeared from the scene despite us trying to contact her several times. Response ranged from non-existent to rude even.
