The trip was well managed and well organized by Travel triangle and Zion tours. I would rate Cab facility 100/100. Hotels- Aranyaka resort at Munaar - 5 rating Woodnote resort Thekkady - 4 rating House boat Alleppey- 4 rating (customized menu as per customer requirement was missing) Soma Palmshore hotel Kovalam - 1 rating only (the rooms were not well equipped, very old infra, water was getting clogged outside the rooms, cleanliness was not there). only good thing was their private beach. But overall the trip to kerala was satisfactory except our stay at Somapalmshore.

We recently went on a personalised 7N 8D trip to Kerala through Namaskaram Travels. Right from the airport pickup to last day airport drop was well planned by them and executed perfectly. The itinerary was well thought of without any wastage of time or day. The hotels were nice. What I really liked was Ankit kept in touch with me right from the time I landed in Trivandrum till I caught my flight back home in Cochin. He ensured that everything went smoothly and without any hassles. Keep up the good work guys. It was my first solo trip where I asked Molaika to make it comfortable and peaceful. She helped me in selecting my destination to Manali. From Delhi to Manali and Manali to Delhi all things were taken care by Molaika & team. She ensured that I am having a peaceful & comfortable trip to Manali including my Car, hotel, and my itinerary. There were few issues with the Cab Driver & car, I thought this issue will ruin my trip. But then I immediately contacted Molaika, though she was on leave and it was Sunday and even she was travelling to some place, but Molaika ensured that I don’t get into any problem. She scheduled another cab driver and car and ensured till end that the issue is resolved and followed up with me and cab driver that I have my peaceful journey. It was a best experience in Manali and all credits goes to Molaika & Jsquare team. Jsquare team & molaika are our permanent travel agency for all our trips in our family. I would definitely recommend everyone to have a great experience with their professional team and management. Thank you Molaika for a great experience. Planning for a new trip soon. Cab was not equipped with sound system that made the whole long journey very difficult and worst Alleppey house boat was completely different than that was quoted In the package, deluxe or cheap house boat was given instead of premium house boat the agent was informed timely but nothing was done House boat made whole honeymoon worst

Overall trip was great. But kovlam beaches visit during afternoon was exhausted and never recommended. The moment hotel change in Thekkady wasn't good. The cab and driver was really nice. Munnar Poovar Island Jungle safari

1st I would like to highly appreciate Driver Mr. Rajesh Nath. we had a really great experience with him. He is so professional and guide us in every moment. 2nd- We stayed in total 4 hotel/Resort, in which Only two resorts experience are good (Aranyaka Resorts and Isola di cocco). These two resorts are really great but the other two is below average according to 3 star hotel (Karar Garden) and 4 star resort (Warmth Lake Heaven) I feel like I overpaid and not a good experience there. 3rd- Talking about the agent, at the time of booking he guided me very well and given good advice. Once again special thanks to Our driver/Guide Mr. Rajesh Nath (Attached picture with him)

First of all Mr. Anil Kashyap helped me with customizing the trip, and provided with the ample no. of 3 /4 star hotels as per my budget and also kept me updated with the nipah virus situation by getting the updates from the existing clients which were already on a kerela trip, which made me tension free for the trip. And most important for the trip to go very smoothly, he provided the experience driver Mr. Sunil Surendra who was polite, friendly and having much knowledge of every corner of kerela and its spots with the time duration. So, he used to plan each and every day very wisely, also he used to be present at 8:30am sharp in the morning to start the day early as there is lot of distance about 4-5 hrs between every spots to cover. We have customize the trip as below: 1 day Cherai 2 days Munnar 1 day Thekkady 1 day Allepey 2 days trivandrum. Started with Kochin Airport and departed with Trivandrum airport. But my suggestion will be u can take 1 day trivandrum and 1 day for Kanyakumari instead. Also try to carry ample of cash for adventure activites as there is network issue so upi payments wont work. Also been maharashtrian, I didn't like the taste of the non veg, chinese food, so my suggestion will be try to order simple veg food as the taste of there food is quite a bit different which u may or may not like. Last and the least, It was indeed a wonderful and a memorable trip, were we enjoyed a lot clicking pics on every possible spots which we cover with proper time limits. Once again many thanks to Mr. Anil and mainly to the driver Mr. Sunil Surendra.
