Now he started raising his voice, saying 52 is too low, and for videos we should pay 500/video. So, for 10-15 sec videos only, it was going to 5k. Later Driver talked to the shop owner for long hours and asked for 52 photos. But the owner is on another level, he is saying pay first, and later will think of sending photos. However, I believe TravelTriangle as a platform still needs improvement. The website and app login experience is not very smooth, and the payment and invoicing process does not always feel transparent. In addition, the response from TravelTriangle’s customer support/trip guide was not very satisfactory in our case. Overall, the platform helped us connect with a good travel agent, and that made the trip successful. If TravelTriangle improves its platform experience and support system, it could become an even better service for travelers.
