All the hotels were excellent except for Hotel Divyansh by VRB Hotels at Dharamshala. Unfortunately we were welcomed with a pile of poop in the western commode in our room at our arrival. All the remaining hotel experience was excellent. The food at the hotels was also very good. Our cab driver Dinesh was friendly and very cooperative. I would love to travel with Dinesh in my next trip. We have been to Sissu out of our itinerary from Manali. One of the best decisions I have taken. Extremely beautiful and Instagram worthy. I felt the sport activities apart from paragliding, ziplining and river rafting is waste of money. They didn't add anything much of experience. Don't opt for Fun World at Kufri. Total waste. Just the exploration experience was good at Kufri. Telescope view from Kufri was worth watching. Monastery at Dharamshala was a very peaceful experience. The visits at Dalhousie weren't as good as I have expected as there is nothing much at the time of December.

The trip to Himachal was a completely refreshing experience. 1. The trip started with driver picking up right at time from Chandigarh airport and subsequently dropping us at Shimla airport. The hotel Alpine Hildon was a bit dissapointing with the services however Upasana(coordinator) was quick to service any issue. It should be mentioned here that Upasana had advised me against choosing the hotel however I relied on google ratings. The trip went good with we visiting all the local spots and mall road twice. 2. Kufri was a very good experience. I would recommend people to go for various games the place has to offer. We had a good photoshoot session. The food at Alpine Hildon was just fine and the services were bad. Had it not for Upasana the start of the tour would have been bad. I will warne the people not to choose Alpine Hildon hotel. 3.Manali was a riveting experience, the hotel was superb with nice services and great food. Though we didn't ask upasna arranged a nice candle night dinner which was a pleasant experience. Earlier,The site of snow peak mountains made the drive enjoyable. Afterwards, the visit to local spots and specially the solang valley was wonderful with snow everywhere and a bit of rain. The visit to vashist was surprisingly pleasant, it was a time of ram navmi and the whole town was celebrating. To be Frank the springs you won't be able to enjoy if you 4. The drive for Dharmshala was a relinquishing experience again. With clouds coming down it was like heavens were raining on us. The report at Dharmashala was good but a bit away from the main city. However we just had time to sleep in the hotel because of the long journey. In the journey earlier, we visited Bailjnath with me being a follower of Bhagwan Shiva and the temple being very old and beautiful. It took a bit of time. The driver was cordial enough to consider our requests. 5. Next day after the localsight seeing we went to the last of our destinations, Dalhousie. It was a memorable experience, specially the trek on the top of daikung peak there was a bit of snow left in the mountains. With this the trip ended. Points to remember 1. Check hotel location on google maps before hand. 2. Select the vehicle you want to travel in.

At start, trip was going well and good. Hotels are really nice and their services too. Cab driver is well behaved and polite. But on Day 4, cab driver forgot to see itinerary and shown Solang Valley only. Other places were missed on that day. Later that in Dharmashala and Dalhousie, most of places were closed because of multiple reasons and some places were missed by cab driver. Travelepedia should get updates on places mentioned in itinerary, either they are open or not. Accordingly need to update itinerary between ongoing journey. Travelepedia haven't contacted between journey for any feedback and to know about journey is going well or not. I can call it as average trip. We really enjoyed at Shimla and Manali. They was so many snow activities which we have enjoyed. Paragliding was missing as there was some issues . Kullu Vaishnodevi Temple was amazing. Cab driver was polite and well behaved.

As per our communication I have informed you that I have paid Rs. 3000/- to cab driver and it's also informed to travel agent North India tour and travels (Mr. Neeraj) and they informed me that they will refund. Kindly make arrangements from your end also for refund of Rs. 3000/- to my account . Account details shared with North India tour and travels (Mr. Neeraj). Best memories : All sight seeing Manali, Dalhosie. Bad memories : Dropping to Delhi airport from Dalhosie cab driver has diverted route which took nearly 15hours for dropping his friend to Ambala in our private cab and if he has taken Correct as per Google Maps we would have reached Delhi in time with in 10hours and due to bad weather conditions flights were delayed so I got flight otherwise I would have missed flight.

Hotels could have been better , in the same price range i could find very good hotels even on the day of the trip started , food was pathetic in the Manali hotel. Rohtang pass and Solang valley both were closed , so any other location should have been offered for no cost , but i was charged 2500 by driver for visting sissu , which is just 10-12 km away from Manali. No call was made during the trip by the agent to see if the customer is satisfied.
