We have booked for 3 days 2 nights package from the agency. Day1 - stay in houseboat , it's good but quality can be better. Day 2 which is resort that was awesome location to stay. Last is city tour of Cochin which can be planned properly as we are unaware what to visit in the city.

Overall trip is good. Driver is polite and kind. Aranyaka resorts stay is very good. The only thing we didnt like at all is the house boat experience. The staff is good. But the room and washroom are not clean. Tap was not working fine. Apart from that we had a good trip.

The trip was very good. But what we felt is the planning of places(guidance by travel agent) can be done still better..... We were offered munnar-allepey-kochi package. But what we felt is rather it can be made as 2 days Munnar and 1 day Alleppey and kochi Because 3rd day we went to kochi and there was nothing to be visited...... We were disappointed to have wasted 1 precious day..... Whereas we could have utilised it in Munnar, where there are so many places to be visited It would have been really awesome if were suggested 2days Munnar and 1day kochi and Alleppey trip We had wonderful time in Munnar and Alleppey. The sceneric beauty of Munnar is treat to eyes and so pleasing..... Just loved it

Very harsh driving and atleast he stopped 4 times by other drivers on the road.. We had a day to cover Munnar and driver has no idea which places to take and he was least bothered to take us places. Which ever places we ask for stop over for sight seeing he seemed not bothered. If we ask we want to go to particular place he says there is nothing to see.. instead he wasted time.. he has no estimate of time for reaching places.. too much disappointed.. would never recommended this guy for any travellers.. Awesome weather in Munnar and location of madhumantra resort was awesome.. it was like I expected.. boat house was okay but different experience..

would rate this trip as 3 because of 3 reasons: 1. Hotel Room : even after making the bookings 1.5 months before , the room allotted was quite noisy and had no scope of change 2. House Boat: was provided at kumarkum even though the address says Alleppye. and KumarKum is remote place and has nothing to do in the evening time 3. Not allowing us to visit Alleppye even after making multiple request

Hotel were too noisy, were we could still hear the sound even if the door is closed. Not satisfied with the house boat, since they didn't put ac during the day time. Apart from that the trip is decent.

The package was very well planned. I remember I had called the travel triangle agent on his one of the week off but he had promptly arranged a call with the kerela tour and I had booked the same day. Thumbs up to Kerela tour. There was very slight here and there but those are genuine. We had an amazing trip includes our stay, transport, itinerary and each of it.

we were disappointed with the last moment changes in hotel. I and my wife gone through many hotels and finally we liked one hotel which was Changed by our tour agent when we were going to land in cochi without our confirmation. The best thing happened was our tour cab driver he was really fun meeting with santosh and gave us knowledge our whole Kerala. In Alleppey we were expected to have candle light dinner but it was fake. there was no candle light dinner. It seems if you have known person or a known guide you can plan your trip by yourself because I met with my relatives accidentally at Nagpur airport and he had planned the whole trip by himself.
