        The overall service was very good. Itenary as told was present. Driver and U&I travels of Bali was fantastic. Few points I need to share is that the in itenary some places was not worthy to visit. Like gold and silver manufacturing unit, like gitgit waterfalls. Else we could have visited Nua pending. Anyways the tour was fantastic Dolphin watch was the most memorable thing.

        It was a very good experience in Bali. Trip quote was flexible and Biswajith was very mush responsive at all times. The trip was executed well as planned. No delay in the services done in Bali but the vouchers took a long time for us and the travel triangle customer service call attendees were not responsible enough at the time of need. On the whole would recommend to friends for trips with ineedtrip team. Both the hotels were amazing. Trips were always on time, no delay at all. Pirate cruise dinner experience was the best of them all. Some tips are that we should make sure that all the options are given to travellers before confriming the trip quote. As we had to take a vegetarian one at candlelight dinner, we were not aware that there are non vegetarian options too. So we had to spend extra for the same. Also make sure to try sea walker in the packages as it was not covered for us.

        Overall good package, eden hotel was very good, but Kori maharani is kind of disappointed for us as sea behind that was black mud..we couldn't spend much time there..and also service wasn't good and its mentioned in package that there is complimentary room decoration,but it wasn't there and cab driver come guide was very good, covered all places on time. Got very friendly driver come guide which made us happy and nice places covered.. enjoyed lot, lifetime memory of bali

        Well the hotel given to us for first four days of the tour was not upto the mark. They didn't have any facility for customers. It had only breakfast system which came from their primary hotel. The hotel didn't have lunch and dinner neither any help during emergency.

        Feedback on Bali Trip *Positive:* 1. Activities were well planned by AGA agents. 2. Wonderful hotel locations of Risata bali. 3. Good overall stay and transfers. 4. Agents of Indo Jaya and AGA was in continuous touch for any help. *Negative:* 1. Full moon Vila stay is not comfortable in spite of good environment, because of limited veg items(even normal items like dal chapati etc were not available), not-updated menu card for charges and additional charges like service tax over and above their higher price than Risata bali hotel. 2. Yoga was good as a driver but not as good as a guide because of the introverted nature.
