    First resort that is The Patra Bali villa, was very good, provided expert and professional service. Food was good. Everyone was very supportive. For, secord resort, which is Ubud raya villa, location was not so good, it had too many insects in our bathroom and pool area. It spoilt our holiday vibe. That is a big negative point. But, the staff behaviour of the hotel was very good, they were attentive and very supportive. The staff behaviour won our heart. Also, they provided best and authentic quality food.
