Coorg: Exploring nature 7 Days & 6 Nights

Excellent trip planned by postcard trip. Hotels were good with excellent service. We had a good journey The driver was very cooperative friendly and excellent driving skills . He is aware of all the tourist places in Coorg,Ooty and Kodaikanal.

The hotel at Coorg was amazing and the food was good too. The hotel at Ooty was good too but it was far away from the city leaving us no choice of eating out at night. The hotel food at Kodaikanal was quite disappointing. The breakfast was good but the dinner that we ordered was not good at all. The hotel had no beverages which included sodas and coke etc for both days! Quite disappointing again! The driver was friendly and kept guiding us. He couldn’t give us any suggestions to eat at night in Kodaikanal which was the need of the hour. All the places we visited. Best was Dubbare elephant camp. Quite an adventure! I loved the Guna caves too!

It was very good trip. Travel agent Rahul was very supportive. All the hotels were very good. The cab driver was very supportive and was very good at driving. Thank you so much for adding such beautiful memories to our life.

The trip was well planned and executed by Hover Journeys. Mr. Amish was always available for any guidance / help while planning the trip as well as during the trip. The cab driver was excellent and well versed with the area. We had a great time. Thanks!

I recently booked a holiday package through Travel Triangle, and here's my experience: *Hotel:* We stayed at the Khan Gufa Hotel in Bandipur, which was generally good, but there were a few issues. The hotel provided false information about the safari, which was disappointing. Also hotel rooms are not suitable to stay. *Cab & Driver:* The cab driver sent by Lee Vacations was a 20-year-old boy who was good-natured but lacked driving skills and knowledge about the locations. Moreover, the cab agency seemed greedy, which was a bit of a concern. *Service of Travel Agent:* Despite the issues, the travel agent was very nice and decent. He was always available to address our queries and managed our trip effectively, even when he had to rely on another agent due to his limited knowledge of the locations. Overall, while there were some hiccups, the agent's service and efforts to resolve issues were commendable. With a bit more attention to detail and better coordination with suppliers, Travel Triangle could provide an even better experience for its clients. *Recommendation:* While I would recommend Travel Triangle for its agent's service, I would suggest they work on improving their supplier partnerships and quality control to ensure a smoother experience for clients.

Travel triangle agent Sanjana Sainik was pathetic. Very bad. Unresponsive and very arogant. I have multiple examples. I will never like to have her as my travel partner. However services from Comfort Destination was fantastic. I like the way they have planned the entire itenary. Hotels very very good. Cab was good. Our driver Sivaji was fantastic and the highlight of the tour. He really made us comfortable. Robin and Kiran were always available to help when required. Comfort destination and Travel Triangle plat form is excellent. However Sanjana Sainik executive from Travel Triangle was very arrogant and unresponsive. Shivaji cab driver was fantastic

Mysore hotel ruchi the prince was excellent, Ooty hotel darshan and Kodaikanal hotel sunshine resort were good and coimbatore hotel sree Bharat residency was also very good. Cab driver mahadev was appreciable and we'll behaved person. He was very cooperative and knowledge of all places are good. Rating 5 star. Mr. Kishan Kumar from book it forget whole tour from beginning to end was smooth and we'll planned. Mysore.. Ooty... Kodaikanal... coimbatore all places are good.

We booked our trip from All India Holidays. The travel consultant Rahulkumar Singh was very helpful and cooperative from day 1.He also provided us with insights regarding places to visit, how we can save money etc. Special thanks to our Co-ordinator Mr.Rahul Kumar Singh for planning, arranging and executing our holidays meticulously and always available on call for any assistance. This was the best trip till now in terms of assistance from the Travel team. Special mention of our Driver Mr. Habib Syed he is a very experienced, good and Friendly person. He also acted as a good guide and because of him we very able to witness the Annual Flower fest, Ooty and Bandipore and Madhumalai wild life. This was very much pathetic experience. Problem starting with cab driver unble to speak Hindi , which agent told me that Hindi and English speaking. In important location like ooty hotel was very much pathetic. Ooty hotel contact person not answering calls as well as not responding to what's app message. After visiting hotel reception person asking about my four year old daughters breakfast. The agent told me that this is three star hotel and there is nothing like three star , even no lift in hotel , hotel ambiance was very very poor. From my room have called thrice to reception as my room power was disconnected however no one is responding. Around 15 minutes I was in dark with my family along with my four year daughter. No bath soap and no towels has been provided by hotel. In the morning I personally go to hotel reception and collect the towel. Also no washroom was available for cab deiver in this hotel also no parking place is available. Sharing some picks of so called three star hotels. At the time of booking trip, I have been communicated that all three star properties was given for all stay. In coimbatore agent has provided one room in apartments. That was my experience in apartments. So don't know was is apartment residence. Also at the of booking trip cleanly told agent that we are traveling by train, and we require stay near to railway station because our train is at 8.50 AM . Agent has given apartments room from 30 minutes or 15 KM away from railway station. So I am not able to take breakfast at this place also. All Mrs Sujata has told me that I will receive call from travel trangal during my trip. No call and message from Sujata has been received, also no response from what's app message. This is very very bad experience for me of travel trangal and All India Holiday. This is clear cheating of my family and spoiled my entire happiness which I have planned with you people. Very disturbing and painful situation.

Hotel booking was not done properly. Partial payment was done. Bus payment was also not done fully. Last day when dropping at airport driver was asking for payment. No proper coordination between company and their travel partners. Hope you improve next time. Thanks

Well managed trip by Lee Vacation. Driver Swamy gave us good services throughout the trip. Hotel provided was neat and clean Mysore and Coorg. But i Ooty, the hotel was very far and lift facility was not there. My mother is senior citizens faced problem due to non availability of lift. We request Lee Vacation to provide nearby hotel with lift facility in Ooty next time so senior citizens will not face problem. Rest all ok..... Will recommend to family and friends Conoor visit, madumali forest visit.

Overall good experience start to end. All hotels were good. Hotel category or necessary arrangements should be considered as per family members. Cab driver was good in driving. But could be better in terms of politeness and hygienic. Should avoid using mobile phone calls while driving. booking experience was good. Still I felt it could be more prompt. Travel agent should plan iternery more effectively rather than just dumping the sighting places. Closing times of sighting places could be mentioned so as to plan the trip in timely manner. Some places where regular cabs cannot go and jeep hire is needed should be mentioned in iternery. The WhatsApp group concept I liked but it is not getting used as it should be. Promptness is missing there. Either delayed or no response for some queries asked on the group.

Day 1 hotel at SRS and last day Sandesh the prince are both our full of memories, but bad experience at Sepoy hotel at Mysore no level at of 3 star, and even at Court trebo sandpiper is of not that standard whereas agent could had given good option at Coorg in nature surroundings or even at City Paddington hotel was best option where was had food two times. Ooty Darshan was ok but no food options and that was veg. Ooty site seeing was best.
