Lets start with the driver. In spite of his perfect driving skills and good behaviour, he could use some maturity. Asking us to be ready at 08:00, he ate breakfast at 09:15. Ttravel Vichar follow-up was non- existant but Prerna at Travel Triangle was excellent. Hotels: Nandini Villa in Dharamshalla is the very best with supper caring and professional staff. Stylia hotel in Dalhousie: The view from the room was excellent but there it all stops. They are not used to European tourists, they did not have knives to the fork, they could not offer non-veg food the first day, did not have shower in the bathroom, the electrical installations didn't work properly, the room was very cold, the electrical sockets did not fit the plug and were not placed pracyically. Worst of all, there was no wardrobe to hang clothes. Vijay, the Manager, wwas though very accomodating and did his best to make ourr bearable. Grand Cobbanaa hotel was ok but did not have hair drier. To conclude tge hotel staff in all hotels very friendly and did their best to help our stay. Hotel Nandini Villa

Shilpa was very helpful in finalizing the trip. Narendar, driver was very polite. The hotel location was a challenge a bit in both Dhamrmashala and Dalhousie. Dharmashala - we were scared to travel and climbing on our own was also little difficult due to knee pains. Dalhousie - Once we go to the hotel, we dont know what to do after that. We reached around 3 p.m. and were not able to go out as it was away from the center.

I had a wonderful trip with my family and friends Travel triangle had made a great tour . The staff was very supportive . My agent ankit had been there for me at every step even at 12 in the night which was very appreciable. However there were some hiccups with the driver, and personally trying to ruin our trip however, the agent from ideal tours handled him well. Overall, barring the driver issue, the tour was a great experience. Thanks, Ankit. Thanks, ideal tour And thanks travel triangle for this adventurous and exhilarating trip. Hi I had booked 6 nights 7 days package for Dharamshala / Dalhousie / Amritsar. It was good time . some of the points we disagree and learned from this trip 1. First of all landing in Amritsar Driver of car was in connection with us He called us and asked us to come to Parking Area. which we were not knowing. Driver could have personally come to arrival spot and guided us to Parking ,like what all other tourist were been guided by other travel agencies. 2. it was 3 nights in Dharmshala / 2nights in Dalhousie and one night in Amritsar. as per our request But 3rd day in dharmshala was not required as on that day just to fill up the program for some temples was schedule.travel agencies should have guided us . 3. Hotel at Dharamshala was good but as the low occupancy we found two days dinner menu was same and no changes in food. I think we should have at least some menus. But room service and other facilities were good. 4. hotel booked at Dalhousi was not at proper dalahousi . Location was too bad and the entry of hotel was not plesent . intercom sstem and hot waer system was not properly working. Due to heavy snow fall in Dalhousie the way which goes to Khajiar was closed but the other was was open to reach there . But the driver says it will cost sepertate if we aare using that why which was approx 70 km run one way. i think we now the internary send by you people and if alternate ways are there there should not be any cost to us. unfortunately we have to cancell the khajjar .Driver seems not intersted . 5. Hotel at Amritsar was good people were also good But the room given to us had no ventilation. and the food services where dinner and breakfast were served were totally un hygnic. Driver refuse us to take to Golden temple in night as we requested. after 8.00 pm We travel to golden temple by our own expences . he gave excuse of shceule and time. at airport also while droping us he just removed our luggeage and rive his car . No manngers to say good bye or curtcy to say byee. i hve tips for him in my hand but he did not turn up nd just drive his car. Driver was not having locations idea as every time he was asking us to look in the goggle map and guide him to drive.

Travel Agent: For custom made itenaries the travel agents must improve. While I must say our travel agent was very accommodating but at times he would have very round about answers which would raise a doubt in our minds as to whether we are doing the right thing. Overall A nice Experience and good people to deal with. But you must make your own suggestions and research so that you can improve the itenary to suit your needs. Hotels and Food: The Hotels selected were very average. May be considering the town / locality but when we roamed around we thought we could got have got better options for the same or similar price. When we were asking agent about better hotels he simply told us that price will double which became a deterrent and we went with the flow. Advice - When selecting hotels pls check room size and other compete sites to choose most feasible options. On the whole for the price range they were good hotels. Food in the hotels was ala carte and average. Simple food but very little variety. Hotel staff at each place was very very courteous and helpful and always gave us whatever we wanted so the 3 stars are actually for them. Properties were clean and rooms were decent. Car and Driver: Car was in good condition. We selected an innova crysta but for six people it may get a little packed. The Driver was very skilled and took us through the winding roads carefully and safely even with heavy to moderate rainfall and therefore happy with his service. However he was not well versed with all spots and hidden treasures which we had to explore on our and do our own research and depend on google maps to take us there. Which was a minus point. Overall he was a very good guy who took us around everywhere we wanted to go. Overall we had a good time and a decently budgeted trip. Must see places: Pal dhaba chandigarh for all foodies Sukhna Lake chandigarh Dalai Lama Temple (Mc leod ganj) Cable car ride (to McLeod ganj) Dharamshala Cricket Stadium Kargil war memorial Khajjiar Khajjiar (Dalhousie) Bejee’s Point Naddi Dal Lake Foods to try in Dalhousie Gandhi Chowk: Kulhad Tandoori chai Ban tikka Chicken tikkas Gulab Jamuns Go to Kwality restaurant the food is very good

This was our was first trip-planning with Travel Triangle, and we got to connect with Ms Urmila - our travel agent from The Ideal Tours. She is very sincere in her approach and designed the itinerary nicely. Travel Triangle was also very much cooperative and kept their commitment. Our full trip was awesome, we ( myself, my husband and our son) enjoyed a lot, We visited Amritsar, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. Visited the much awaited Golden temple and Wagha Border parade. Enjoyed the mesmerizing scenic beauty of nature , including the life-time experience of paragliding. The hotel room in Amritsar was congested and lacked in proper ventilation, though the staffs were very amicable. They served 3 bottles of free mineral water to us while we checked out, The hotels in Dharamshala and Dalhousie were very nice , with picturesque beauty and amicable stuffs. All thanks to our trip guide Sunakshi Sharma from Travel Triangle and our travel agent Ms Urmila. Our Driver Mr. Kanhaiya was cooperative and guided us throughout the trip. Our car was having some problem with the AC. When this problem was reported to Ms Urmila, she took this matter seriously and replaced the car at Dharamshala, which is much appreciated. They were always in touch with us during the trip. Kudos to the team. We would definitely recommend Travel Triangle - The Ideal Tours to our friends and relatives. Thank you. - Krishna Ghoshal
