Viral's 14 days trip to North East

We did a 14 days trip with Indeman Travel in November 2022. Pre-sales experience was good. The itenary shared was good ensuring the places we wanted to visit were covered and was not hectic. They customize it 3-4 times to accommodate the changes we requested. The option to make payment in multiple installments helped easy the cashflow. Car and hotels* provided were as per the details shared by them. Car and driver: We requested for innova and got the same. It was in good condition, clean and comfortable. Driver was polite, punctual, accomodative, knew the route, places to visit, information about them, restaurants and eateries. Since we were vegetarian he tried his best to take us for pure veg restaurants wherever he can. Food: During out 14 days trip, we got delicious veg food except for just one night at Cherapunji. Hotels: Hotels is where we faced certain issues. The hotels and room catagory were what was informed, but: 1. Deluxe rooms in North East means Standard room at other places. We were not aware about it till we got there. So if you plan to visit Northeast ensure you go for Super Delux or Execute or above. At Shillong (hotel Boulevard) we had to pay for room upgrade as the Delux room was vere small and there was no dedicated parking of the hotel. Good part: The hotel was located right at the Police Bazar and seemed like an actual 3 star hotel. Cherapunji the hotel restaurant was under renovation which we didn't knew before and considering its pretty cold and everything closes early we faced certain challenge with food here. Kaziranga hotel Bagori Resort was Least liked by us someother better hotel could have been offered. It seemed like it was still under construction, the mattress was smelling. Good part, it was few minutes drive from the jeep safari point and food was delicious. Itanagar hotel Cygnett Inn trends was the best hotel in the entire trip. Dirang hotel Dirang boutique cottage you must ensure you stay here. Ziro (Siiro resort) a wooden log hotel was a very good stay experience. Tawang hotel Zambala where we stayed 3 night was nice and the staff was also quite helpful especially with helping with hot water since it would take forever for the gyser to heat the water during the extreme cold. The food was good and you must try the black tea they make. Sightseeing & local visit experience: The views during our entire trip were absolutely breathtaking, locals are really friendly. They know and speak hindi which was a plus. No one would pursuade or irritate you. The Sightseeing places where realky beautiful, well kept and clean. War Memorials are really well kep, informative and the army personals help you know better about it. You must visit the Laser show at Tawang war memorial. At Bumlaa pass the army personal would take you till 10 meters from the LAC and give detailed information about the history and significance. Over all we really enjoyed our trip. Good: Very beautiful locations, breathtaking views, friendly people, delicious food. Could have been better: hotels

Overall very well planned trip. Our contact point ms. Nikitha chauhan was in continuous touch with us throughout the trip and was very very supportive. She has gone beyond what we expected for arranging a darshan at Kamakhya devi temple which otherwise would not have been possible due to Navratri rush. The choice of a few hotels could have been better but on overall basis it was well.planned and executed trip.

Pranav's 11 days trip to North East

Woodland hill stay (shillong) was an ok resort ambience and facilities wise. Magpie chestnut (Pelling) was a very good location with good rooms but the food was really average over there. Magpie had a very limited menu with below average taste of food. Highly recommended for location otherwise. Best place in terms of food + stay was Udaan Woodberry (Gangtok). The hotel in cherrapunii (smoky falls) also had a very good location althou the room was very small. The shillong hotel also did not provide an additional side fan (they just provided one side fan) as they said switching on two fans would lead to tripping of electricity. One suggestion is for places in Shillong to start having ceiling fans or at least provide thin bedsheets so room doesn't feel hot at night time. Cherranpunji and pelling hotel views, Nathu La trip, sky walk in pelling, comfortable stay in Gangtok.

Excellent services provided by Ms.Nikita Chauhan of Reify for our 15 days trip to Assam Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh from 17th November to 1st December 2022. Right from the enquiry stage till we reaching home, Nikita has been like a holding hand! She planned and customised our trip to fulfill all the requirements given by us and made it a hassle free awesome experience for us. The driver, Gaurishankar Nath, was one of the best drivers we have ever met. We never became apprehensive or uncomfortable with his driving during the entire trip, all in such a difficult terrain. Equal thanks to BRO (Border Roads Organization) to maintain the roads in such good condition even in the most difficult environment. Thank you Nikita for a wonderful trip!
