Falls Mae Fi Resort were splendid. Specially the Smoky falls; I liked the most. One important point to be considered when booking or guiding - road n traffic to be considered while deciding the sightseeing points. the actual travel time required to reach the destination was more than actually mentioned. Rest all.. we enjoyed being in Shillong - Cheerapunji. Great GUWAHATI experience

Mr. Akhilesh was available 24/7 to help us.Only breakfast was included in our package which we thoroughly enjoyed at IORA The Retreat at Kaziranga as well as Hotel Athiti, Guwaha

ti. But I am afraid I can not say same thing about breakfast at The Heritage Club, Tripura Castle, Shillong as they lacked the spread & service. But except this 100 marks to The Heritage Club in location, ambience , room sizes & cleanliness. Similiarly IORA, The Retreat also have great location, big room sizes & there food in particular was delicious.

Rates Charged by the Travel Agent was not in line with the services rendered. Taxi was old and not in good condition, Hotel at Guwahati was very annoying.

The hotel in Guwahati was not good. The hotel room window was broken and there wasn’t any hot water. The second hotel was great. The waterfalls and the caves were amazing.

We all reached Mumbai airport on 18th night by 9-30 pm. Our total tour experience was very nice. We all enjoyed pleasure through out the tour. We appreciate your tour program and arrangements & thank you & your team for your kind support. Only the last day stay at Guwahati hotel was not up to the

mark. There was no cafeteria in this hotel, ventilation is not proper to rooms & congested. Remaining all hotels accommodation s where nice. Due to Early sun set by 5.00pm. we get less time for sightseeing. We all enjoyed the total tour program very nicely. All locations were nice. We all will have very Sweet memories for everything for ever.

I happened to travel with Indeman Travel Solutions from Travel triangle to Meghalaya and Kaziranga in Dec 19. We headed off to Kaziranga on first day and there were CAA protests going on during that time. We reached Kaziranga and had a very good Safari on the next day which were well arranged by th

e travel coordinator. Even the owner of travel agency was with us during this trip. Then we happened to get stuck there, but the agents coordinated well with the local police and got us to Guwahati. We later had a good trip to Cherrapunji and Dawki(Umgot). Not seeing the cleanest village and living root bridges in Mawlyong is a huge regret, but much couldn't have been done due to curfew and other few restrictions due to CAA protests. Hotels in Cherrapunjni, Kaziranga and Guwahati were too good. The staff response in the hotel in Shillong wasn't that great. The cabbies were extremely good, communicative, swift and safe. It was a nice journey. 9/10 from me.

My trip started on 26th December and ended on 1st Jan 2020. Stayed one day at Vrinda Regency hotel. Rooms were too small for 3 people, Food was horrible, highly salty, fist time having grilled chicken with sweat sauce. We had to waste whatever food we ordered. At shillong, we stayed in Ken & Twill

homestay...The large suite rooms were neatly arranged, but no food was available except maggy. The geicer was not working. But the staff were very courtious and polite...On the way to Chirapunji..we had vegetatian meals at Orange roots which was very tasty..We stayed in Kutmadan resort in Cherapunji which was really good and staff responses and food were extremly good. Next day visited Dawki,and myananlong village and root brodge wich was a good experience..Next day went to Kasiranga and stayed in Dhanshree resort. Jeep ride was waste of time and money, but finally we were able to see one rhino very closely...Food was average and rooms were spacious and clean. Last day, stayed in Guwahati Address hotel which was the best experience during our 6 days trip. North East Vacation , and it's agent Hema and her manager Sanjay are very cooperative, However our experience with the driver Anil was horrible. Its very difficult to get any response from him as he kept chewing pan. He didnt give any feedback /suggestions about the places we are gonna visit.He would park the car at his convenience and made us to walk around 1~2 km to get into the car after boat ride in dawki river.
